I Did DoorDash I never got my complete meal I got a cheeseburger chicken nuggets the drink, but I got instead of a large fry. I have gotten chili and cinnamon sticks. That is not OK I have put in a report about this on DoorDash. I want my 1903 Back that is just not fair. I did not get my complete order. I have called five times and no one has ever answered my call. This is unacceptable.

The sandwiches are pretty good. The fries were not fresh and very stale. We ended up not eating 3 medium fries because they were not good. My son ordered a kids meal and was very excited to receive a really cool toy. But, when he pulled out the toy, to his surprise it was nothing but a crummy set of potato characters from what seems like the 1970’s… Not very exciting for him in 2025
.. It ruined his entire night and our family was distraught for days after. Wendy’s needs to give more exciting toys for being a multi billion dollar franchise… Also drive through entrance is very tight..

Have been having really bad food posiioning since I ordered a Cobb salad here Monday. Halfway through the salad I got sick. Pretty sure the eggs or meat wasn’t fresh. Also in December they put undercooked bacon that was still pink on my sandwich.

I placed an order through the Wendy’s app for ASAP pick up at the drive thru. I arrived at 2:45 PM EST, gave them my name and proceeded to the window. Once at the window they asked if I had placed my order for another date which made no sense as they mentioned my name and order. After waiting at the window for 5 minutes they told me to wait in the mobile order pick up spot as they resolved the issue. 15 minutes later they showed up with the food and said my order was placed for the next day when it clearly said ASAP for the order. The burger I ordered was room temperature at best and definitely was not cooked freshed. Very disappointed in the service at this particular Wendy’s.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s ever! They always shut drive thru down early and say mobile orders only, the last 4 trips there they are always out of something! It’s ridiculous! Tonight I went there and they have no fries! How the hell does a fast food place run out of the most ordered and popular item in the menu! That’s almost saying sorry we are out of beef patties! This place is horrible and don’t give a crap! They were great but the last few years they been getting worse and worse! It’s sad, really is! I pray they improve and Management or Corporate does something about this store!

What a joke this place is. Arrived and went to order counter. Not even looked at for 10 minutes. Had to ask to order. Ordered two burgers plain, and fries. Get home and again, order was wrong. Called, after 20 rings answered and when I explained what happened was hung up on. Second phone call, not even a hello just hung up. Third call, I received an angry “manager?” who yelled at me the threatened me. My response was appropriate, but unheard as i was hung up on again. All they had to do is offer to replace food next visit. Will not go there due to threats.

After waiting 45 minutes for my order, I asked them to cancel it and give me a refund. The manager, a very rude and aggressive person, told me no because the order was ready. But I didn’t want it because of the way it was served; the nuggets fell off the tray, the fries were burnt, and I didn’t want the food anymore. They wouldn’t give me a refund, and I left without the food and without my money. (The manager is the short man with the microphone who hid and refused to give me his name.)

Gross dirty disgusting restaurant. Trash everywhere. Spider webs all over. Ordered my cheeseburger at the kiosk. Waited a long time. Not sure how long since my cell phone was out of juice. Saw many customers come and go while I was still waiting for my order. When my food was finally ready I opened it up to find it wasn’t even the right burger. I told the guy it wasn’t what I ordered. Had to show him the paper on the side of the bag because he didn’t believe me. They took even longer remaking the food. After waiting for even longer I finally just left without anything. I couldn’t wait any longer. I spent $14 and wasted so much time for nothing. There was zero sense of urgency. The employees were goofing off and laughing. I saw people just leaning against walls doing nothing. Corporate needs to get involved. Retrain the crew. Clean up the filthy restaurant.

Ten minutes for six nuggets at 11:45a in a mostly empty store. How were they? Beats the crap out of me. I gave up. It would cost me far more to sit and wait for them than it would to forget them and get back to making money. They can keep the $3.49. At this rate, they’re going to need it a hell of a lot more than I will.
