The slowest Wendy’s ever. (I’m writing this as I sit waiting in the drive thru) I keep telling myself to stop coming to this location but it’s so close to my house. I pulled up today since I only seen two car ahead of my one at the pay window and one placing an order and I still been here for over 10 mins. Like how? This is the slowest fast food ever. Who is the GM.

really bad service, every time I go it’s a min of 20 min wait for drive through. only doing mobile ordering, every time they are always out it smth (fries, meat) they tell me their truck is late. maybe close the store?? maybe switch suppliers bec this is happening every night. unbelievable. the amount of times the wrong item have been given to me is horrendous. staff is definitely rude, but I would too if i was the only person working. management is horrible and needs to do something about this. mobile support is nonexistent goodluck trying to reach any1 through their phone number, website, email. it’s genuinely horrible. if your order is wrong you can’t talk to any1 and you’re definitely not coming back and waiting another 30 minutes in drive through for them to tell u they can’t do anything since it’s a online order and can’t refund you.

I bought a fish sandwich to try and it was the worst fish sandwich I ever had, it was way overcooked and dry don’t know why they would even serve that to anyone don’t they have any common sense and see that it was no good and get another one?

On few occasions, the drive thru has been long, extra slow waiting 45 + minutes, and I was given the wrong food. I love Wendy’s, it’s 5 minutes from my house, but I have no intentions of going back to Wendy’s in Brookhaven, PA. (Had conversation with manager- poor customer service and management)

Horrible service. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever encountered. Constantly messing up the orders. Gave my pick up order away to other people and then claim maybe I ordered from the wrong location when I literally have proof in the app that it was picked up before I even got to the location. Do not come here.

Young lady in drive through was rude. She made two very rude comments about a phone call I was on. Then my food was dry and over cooked. I am very disappointed with this service and I will not return. Called the manager and she was pleasant but I’d rather not return. Customer service is everything.

If you go in and order you will wait longer than an 8 car line outside. Only one person ahead of me in the restaurant and they had already ordered, I ordered and they took 30 minutes to get my $5 biggie bag, the poor girl at the register was taking orders, filling orders, helping the drive through person, doing fries while 6 other employees milling about and happy in their phones. Yeah just don’t bother with this place. Also thought I would forever be glued to the nasty sick floors. They don’t bother with the customers in line or the drive through, mobile order pickup d bags jump in line and get taken care of even if you have been waiting in store. This store is now as bad as the boothwyn store. Best to go to Wawa, place your order and have it in about 5 minutes
