Went here in the middle of August at night. The lights were out! I was shocked. Then I went inside and the cold food was only masterfully outdone by the worse customer service ever. I got an email from the General Manager, Stacey, who wanted me to come back. Why!?!? I can’t imagine eating here even if I were starving. I work hard for my money, and I am not going to waste it on poor treatment and ignored food.

We bought lunch from here and waited at the drive thru for like ecer to get our food. Then our fries were cold and soggy like they were old and had been sitting all day. The chickrn nuggets werr the same way cold and gross.

The women who took our order was extremely rude. When we got to the window she told us to pull up into a parking spot along with 5 other cars behind us. The guy who brought us out our order (who was extremely nice and polite) brought the wrong food out most likely because the women who took the order didn’t seem to have interest in anything she was doing or was paying attention what so ever. The guy was extremely apologetic and brought us out everything correctly. Not to mention it was pouring down rain. When he went to go inside the restaurant to bring out other people’s food the door was locked and he couldn’t get back inside untill someone finally opened the door for him. The guy who brought us out everything was great. The lady not so much. I hope he gets a raise or promoted with the work these women had him doing. This was on Thursday November 19th 2015 at 930pm

Its typical fast food. Seems like every time Ive gone I have seen confusion with orders. Food is standard Wendy’s faire so it is familiar and acceptable.

I’m actually impressed with how lethargic and unfriendly the service is here.
There was literally a 20 minute line inside when there were only 4 people before me in line.
The cold fries didn’t help much either.

This wendy’s went above and beyond this evening. The manager, Sean, and his boss (failed to get her name) helped me out in an embarrassing situation. I’m still awe struck by their kindness. Thanks again guys – A very grateful father.

Food is good but the customer service is horrible. I went through the drive thru one afternoon and one of there workers, Kenneth gave me his number on a napkin. Shouldn’t be doing that, for all he knew I could have been under 18. They have to work on there customer service

This place always sucks, they never have anything, they dont tell you as much until theyre passing you the rest of your order, and they will give you the wrong thing because theyre too lazy to make what you ordered. Seriously, make the drive elsewhere if you want wendys.

Heard some of the staff making fun of a customer who came through drive-thru. The place was also very dirty with no customers and multiple staff there.
