Placed a mobile order at around 5pm on New Year’s Eve based on the google listing of the location closing at 6, only to get there at ten after 5 to a line around the building of cars, drive thru light’s still on, and no one being served. Apparently, they decided they were closed even though you could still place an order on the app, and there were still 45 minutes to the posted special closing time. I understand it’s a holiday and closing early, but at least turn off mobile ordering to not waste people’s time & money.

I ordered a 4×4 with fries well done, no salt and asked for my burger to not have tomatoes. As you can see the fries are super soggy and were extremely salty. I had to use a napkin to wipe away all of the salt on them. Also my burger had a tomato on it. The nuggets were also cold and didn’t taste fresh. Even though the restaurant was empty, I felt rushed from the staff even though I told them I needed some time to order. They kept asking me questions and trying to take my order, despite me stepping to the side and looking at the menu.

This is the “wrap” i was given tonight. Like did they even try to wrap it?? I was charged an extra 60 cents. For ranch. Theres no ranch on this wrap. The wrap is dry and the chicken is very old. They didnt even give me a receipt for me to report this nonsense! They have to do better than this!!!

I am thoroughly surprised that a Wendy’s is getting my 2nd “6” star review but this is the best experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s. Service was exceptional and they hooked me up with good eats and did it fast. Give the April 6th 2025 night crew a raise because they all deserve it. Out of the fast food big 3, Wendy’s has always been the best and this Wendy’s is peak.
