The drive-thru employee was incredibly rude and completely lacked any sense of customer service. I couldn’t order my food because they informed me that they were not accepting cash at 6:26 p.m. That’s absurd, but they waited until I had already placed my order and then proceeded to tell me that they were not taking cash after I reached the window. They even argued with me, claiming that I had been told “card only.” However, I was in the car with three other people, and he never said “card only.” This was incredibly disappointing, and I strongly recommend removing this employee from the drive-thru. He’s clearly not qualified for the job.

The employee that i spoke to on the drive-thru was really rude. My food was cold and i ask for fresh food he had the audacity of telling me that if I didn’t have air fryer to heat it up at my house. I ask for a massage and he didn’t even move to speak to me.

Wow, God forbid you ask for a ranch with you biggie bag. We used manors, greeted everyone nicely and even accommodated them when they ran out of tea by changing our drink quickly. They ligit took my card for a second time to charge .27 cents. Ridiculous petty.

Went in before or around 7 in the morning found one or two employees waiting to go to work, bit found out doors were locked because they were waiting on management. Had to go back home for something and back tracked and they were still outside in the cold. Was there in the afternoon about 2 and the nice female think her name was Melissa was the nicest of them all she was busy but stopped and help me. She should get a raise maybe be manager. Because the manager on duty was rude including the GM I think she was. Everyone was outside when I pulled up the next time I came around, I went inside to use the bathroom this one girl was by herself maintaining the whole store while everyone was talking smack about her and I felt so bad for her.. then I went in there for my last meal the young lady was so nice to me, had a nice conversation with her and when we were talking the GM or shift manager was so nasty to her I hope they get fired and I use to come daily but ever since they were nasty to the young lady I never came back. Until this day, I hope she’s okay and hopefully she has better treatment because that’s not right for them to treat her like a slave and animal like that.

Okay, first time visiting the area, the restaurant itself needs a whole new vibe, they need to update the card reader machines, and I think more employees are needed as well, so it could be a bit more fast paced with service and everything else, overall, it could be better..

I went to this location cus its on my way to work. Needed something to take with. It was a faster service then usual but I thought that was just my good luck. But instead it made my sick. After taking two bites I was disgusted the chicken was raw and frozen. Needless to say, I threw it out. I also ordered a small chilli but was too grossed out to eat anymore. I had to go home early from work because I throwing up and got diarrhea it literally ruined my day.

This store flat out sucks. Over the last 5 orders i have placed from here there has been something wrong with my order each and every time. Missing a whole combo, giving vanilla instead of chocolate, missing part of my combo no sauce for 20 nuggets. Find another wendys that has there shit together.
