I’m a frequent at this particular Wendy’s and I really think it depends on the staff per day. There have been times I have Great service, however tonight was TERRIBLE. I was Charged for an UNAUTHORIZED amount for my order. When I got My food, my receipt was thrown in bag and when I looked It was not the amount I agreed To paying to. When I told The cashier, she got annoyed at me and walked away and said nothing. The manager came over…absolutely clueless and gave me cash back. I asked Him what the employees problem was and he gave me a look as if she’s always like this! Control your employees. This is still a job. You work for a corporation. The rudeness, and lack of respect is astounding! I’ll think twice about returning as a usual after this.

It’s a SHAME Wendy’s stopped making their garlic fries. The one we live near doesn’t make vanilla frosties anymore either. I don’t know what’s wrong with these fast food companies that causes them to (I’m guessing) discontinue their best food/beverages. This Wendy’s hit the nail on the head with quality on both items!

Food is great ate 2 times so far. Service is slow and mostly due to short on help by the way it looks anyhow. They do have a help wanted sign in the door but place is pretty clean inside not a lot of clutter and bathrooms are clean at least when I was in to wash my hands. Place is very busy during lunch hours so far during the week and on a Saturday, but as I said food so far 2 different orders and they were correct and hot taste is good so it’s worth it. Entrance is a little tight in and out.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget for me and a 4 piece nugget for my girl. The cashier didn’t ask if we wanted sauces so I went back around to get them and they gave me crazy attitude and were trying to upcharge me over 3 BBQ sauces. Make sure you tell them you want sauce for your nuggets or they will act like it’s the end of the world

Stopped in to Trexlertown Wendy’s today. During lunch rush. Staff was polite and fast. I had 6 orders in front of mine and only waiting 5 minutes tops to get my order. Food is hot and fresh. I dined in, which I don’t normally do. Dining room is clean, tables looked wiped down, floor swept and mopped. Bathrooms were clean and smelled like they were recently cleaned. The coke machine was out of a few different flavors, but the basics were there, and I understand supply chain delays. My family has picked Wendy’s over all other fast food chains my entire life and this was probably my best experience, not to say most others weren’t good, this was the best. Glad I stopped into this location today. I was very impressed.

Of cause the trip from Allentown to Bklyn needs a on the road meal I was told there was a wendys close by so after getting gas next stop was there after making 2 circles around mc donalds trying to find Wendys I was lead in the correct location. Wow, ALL the workers there are so friendly wow like hello to my life long next door neighbors yes that kind of friendly I ordered a ghost pepper sandwich and a 4 for 4 meal it was good but so is all wendys meals on their menu. The place floor, tables, chairs and bathrooms was clean . The folks that work there keep up this restaurant am assuming like their homes even the beverage are the garbage can and the outside of the restaurant is well kept I love it if am in the area I would definitely try to ear in to be around such positive young people.Thank you all that work there for Great Service.

All the establishments around this one have improved in self-service orders, but this is the worst. There is always a very long line and they are very slow to fill the orders. Those who are food deliveries have to do the drive thru line. Not to mention when you want to buy. I understand that they must have an employee in charge of the food deliveries at the door so that we don’t have to lose an hour of work on the line.

Just went through the DT for my kids meal and medium frosty and was given my food without a toy and with a small frosty :(. I understand if they are out of things but at least let the customers know they’re not getting all of what is expected. The line was too long to go back just for the toy and frosty but if it were shorter I’d have waited

The service and food – 100% perfect. Zero issues, super fast and polite employees. I have zero complaints about the employees. My complaint is about the floors and the bathrooms and I put that entirely on corporate/higher level managers.
So, 1) the floors: it’s raining. That rubber mat that is fully rubber is a slipping hazard by itself. I slipped ON it. It has no grippies. And there was just that ONE mat that I saw, and only in between the two doors coming in. So I slid on the floor trying to push the door open on my way out (and I put my hip out, and I’m in pain, thanks). Inside the restaurant, there were no mats in sight! Just one “caution: wet floor” sign. And that just isn’t helpful when your floors are slick. Y’all NEED to get some anti slip mats for your customers. Today I’m just suddenly in a whole lot of extra pain, what if tomorrow somebody falls and *breaks* a hip??
2) Accessibility. See photo. The baby changing thing is IN the handicap stall. That wouldn’t be such an issue if yknow, it was still usable by a handicapped person. Do better, please. Disabled people deserve to be able to pee too.
