If you even simply ask for no mayo they’ll print it on the receipt but still give you mayo. All the food looks old, lettuce is soggy and recycled, storefront is always dark at night, closes earlier than store hours by a good 30-45m.

Went there yesterday with my wife. I got the homestyle chicken, and she got a crunchy chicken wrap. So Im not a fan of mayo or lettuce tomato, when i asked them not to put any on, they totally disregarded what i said. Nothing came up on the screen indicating that the incompetent button pusher was too lazy and ignorant to take my order correctly. When we pulled up to the window, the manager was handing us food from around back of the cashier. Literally reaching around him, making me reach to grab my food. When i got back to my house, openned up our food and realized it was cold and made incorrectly. I wanted to drive back and throw it back through the window. But i instead called, told them what happened and heres the kicker, so instead of having me come right back, or compensating me for my wasted 13$: the manager Mike Hunter asks me my name and then when i ask him how they will know its actually me when i come back, he says “Just tell them you need a crispy chicken and the wrap, and that mike hunter said you can have it free”. Great place, terrible workers, even worse management. Expect your food to be cold or have been sitting out all day. Go to the mcdonalds literally across the street instead.

I was eating at Wendy’s like I usually do and I noticed a lump under my foot. While I folded my belly in to take a peak under the table I noticed a dead mouse. There is a very foul odor in this spot probably due to the decaying mouse on the ground. Other than that tasty cold food!

Last time I was there the workers were arguing and cursing at each other. Then the worker Josh was extremely rude when I came back because they forgot an order of nuggets and rolled his eyes and walked away and had someone else deal with it. It’s always a mess in there and workers walk by don’t even say anything or try to help you.

I want to like this wendys I really do but man this location just plain sucks there’s no hope for it. I finally got a meal with hot fresh fries only to find out when I got home they forgot my large chili I paid for. I wish they would tear this place place down and put in a chick-fil-a already.

This Wendy’s is the WORST Wendys ever, as another reviewer stated. I’d rather drive to the one down the street even when this one is only 1 mile away. Food is cold half the time, and they ALWAYS take forever. They’ve also messed up my order multiple times. Hate this Wendy’s.

Went there at 6:45 pm and it’s dark out. They have no outside lights on at all. Can’t even read the drive thru menu. The staff was sorry and rude as if they didn’t even want to be there or do any work. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here where it was like that but it’ll be my last time there.

Went to drive through at 8:00 pm sat there for ten minutes. Lights on. Nobody answers drive up to window girl says they’re closed and slams the window shut. Online says drive through open til 11 pm.

I don’t know what everybody else was being so down on this Wendy’s about I had a great experience here there was a friendly girl at the counter everybody else seemed to be happy and smiling the place was very clean and it was packed full of people the enjoying food in my opinion this Wendy’s rocks!!
