One of the most unsanitary and poorly managed fast-food experiences I’ve ever encountered. I visited this Wendy’s and was shocked at how unclean the entire restaurant was. The dining room floors and tables were covered in fries, spilled condiments, trash, and napkins, and none of the self-service stations had napkins available at all.
The restrooms were even worse; no toilet paper, and the soap dispenser had been broken off the wall. That means customers (and potentially employees) had no ability to wash their hands, which is a serious health concern in a food-service environment.
My food was served lukewarm and clearly past any reasonable holding time. Another customer near me had to return his meal, so it wasn’t an isolated issue. On top of everything, the staff seemed indifferent and made no effort to address any of the problems.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the conditions here were unacceptable and raise legitimate public health concerns. I sincerely hope management and corporate take immediate action to correct the sanitation and food-handling issues at this location.

Drive through to get a quick burger. Ordered the Biggie Bag which they larger and now is $8.00, asked for iced tea unsweetened which came out tasting like plastic water sitting in the sun to long and artificial sweetener (apparently they don’t brew their tea any longer), the French fries were stale and had obviously been sitting a long time as they were just shy of cold, the hamburger was not warm. Really a waste of $8.00. Won’t be returning.

Terrible. Burgers were dry and looked like they had been sitting around a while. 3 out of 4 frys were hot and freshly made. The 4th was room temp and rubbery. I usually prefer Wendys to any other fast food but this was just awful.

I have come here multiple times being that I’m staying about 5 mins away from here . Each time I come here I ask for my food to be made cooked to order . The lady manager is very nice and respectful but this man with glasses today was very short and rude along with the male workers at the counter . I was handed mildly warm nuggets that were hard and shriveled up and the chicken sandwich was as well . I walked back in to ask for my food freshly made and the guy at the counter told me “mam you could’ve kept that” now why the hell would I keep it if I asked for freshly made food . I was very calm and respectful about it but they all looked at me in disgust as in I was wrong for asking for my food to be cooked freshly . I am a travel RN here working and I have ran into many many not so color friendly people . It’s sad and sick because one day you may need me . I can’t express how these people have made me feel countless times up here but God has a special place for them . God bless you all . Please check your food before you leave here .

Ordered a single with onions , pickles and ketchup. Looked like it was slapped together by a 2 year old child. 2 pickles small enough that not sure you would even be considered whole slices and 2 strips of onion and maybe a dime size drop of ketchup in center of bun.
