At the time of this writing; we stopped at Wendys to try the new chicken tenders. In my honest opinion I thought they were “horrible”. First off, they were tough, hard and chewy. Secondly, they were flavorless, and lastly, for what you get, they were overpriced. And also my sons snickerdoodle frosty was made very poorly. It was sloppily put together and the cup was not filled to the top. Of course, I blame that on the help. The uncaring workers that they hire. I’m going to start getting my fast food at Wawa’s or Sheetz.

Typical fast food. The fries were good. The restaurant was out of all diet sodas. I ended up with unsweetened tea after telling the server that I can’t have the regular coke. No apologies or compensation was offered. I was not pleased.

The young lady who assisted me with my breakfast order, was having a little difficulty finding the special menu items I was wanting to purchase. She let me know that she doesn’t normally work in the morning at breakfast, but she would find it. I heard someone in the drive thru and told her to take care of them while I ordered it on the kiosk. Unfortunately, it wasn’t on the kiosk, and wasn’t on the app. If they offer a special, it should be available on both. It was very frustrating that it wasnot, but that was not her fault. Wendy’s gets 2 stars for that, but the young lady gets five. She figured it out and was incredibly nice. She made my day with the breakfast I wanted. Thank you to her and Wendy’s needs to get their act together.

If management or corporate read these, please reach out and happy to talk. Multiple times we’ve paid for food and had it missing. On our way home just before an ice storm hit, we stopped by for food. After arriving home, while the storm picked up, we discovered the wrap was completely missing. Couldn’t get ahold of anybody via phone for a while, until finally customer rep told us to go back to the store for a refund soon. Additionally, food that did arrive home was incredibly cold (4min drive).

For those that are traveling and just want a bite, from a local, please skip this location – Cold food, incorrect orders, and unhelpful staff

At today’s visit, I had to wait extremely long for my order. This is not the norm for Wendy’s. I hit it at the busiest te for a Saturday. Everyone was working hard. No one was chatting with another employee except to communicate about the work before them. I was impressed with the diligence of the staff. Even though I had to wait, I am thankful for the effort of this Wendy’s staff! It could have been a much longer wait.

Service was terrible. I placed a mobile order and confirmed my arrival immediately. Waited about 10 minutes in the parking lot before entering to see if my order was ready. When i walked in there were no other customers in the establishment and for some reason none of the workers were even started working on food. They were all just standing around. The guy at the counter told me it would be “a little while”. After 28 minutes of waiting my order was ready. When i approached the counter they handed me my order and didn’t say a word. Not only did they not apologize for the wait. They didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. Just slid the food across with a miserable look on their faces and turned away to work on something else. I have low expectations of customer service when ordering fast food but the service i received was completely unacceptable by even the lowest standards.

Whoever was working the register tonight was unprofessional…ordered pickup online and actually was ready when I walked in (just sitting on the counter with no receipt.) Only knew it was mine due to getting a small frosty and two sandwiches (and no one else waiting) but got a scolding by whoever was working the register starting “you can’t just look at what’s in the bag” when I never was even informed ready, nor any receipt on it showing who it was for. Seriously? You can’t have a takeout/prepaid area or at least mark the bag with a receipt starting who ordered it? I had to have them look it up and confirm I placed it…. Only to find my burgers were already cold. Sigh… I’ll be using a different location even if it means driving out of my way.

This Wendy’s does not make the hamburgers fresh upon ordering. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was ready in 2 minutes. It was dry and not hot and juicy. The patties were made beforehand and left for some period of time before they made my double cheeseburger. The burger sucked. I asked for the manager and someone came out that could not understand me and I could not understand them. Don’t go to this Wendy’s unless you want Mexican food.

My family of 3 were looking to complete the frosty frights kid meals set. Between this Wendy’s and Peter’s road litiz Wendy’s we were able to collect all of them. My husband and daughter got 1 ultra rare one which was a blue Brrr Beast. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that help us complete our set and letting me switch them out or going to the back to see if you guys had the ones we needed. I’m truly happy with every Wendy’s I go to. The staff is always polite, friendly, and positive. The restaurants are always clean and organized. Our food is always hot. So thank you Wendy’s for having not only the best place and employees but for having hot 100% beef thick patties.

This Wendy’s location has been built recently and is very welcoming and modern. The meals already beat competitors such as Burger King in the quality and pricing department but if you make use of the plentiful coupons and promotions that Wendy’s offers you can really get quite a bit for your money. The service was top notch and provided by very presentable staff, with the only thing that I could find fault in being the filthy state of the building’s windows.
