Absurdly rude for no reason and also super slow! Specifically thru the drive thru! There’s other Wendy’s nearby that won’t treat you like garbage! It used to be alright here but now most of the staff is crazy rude and condescending! I’ll take my girlfriend to the other ones lol.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disrespect to your customers managers are horrible and they do not train their new employees to greet guests at all. I don’t mind waiting but when I have been looked at and ignored for several minutes without even a hello I’ll be with you in one moment it’s straight disrespectful! And when explaining to the manager that her employees were ignoring us I was given ignorance and smart ass remarks! 10/10 do NOT recommend this store! Crappy managers and non trained employees!

Just absolutely no standard for having a clean restaurant or proper food handling. I had to ask them to remake my fries because the cashier had his bandaged finger all over them as he was putting them in my bag. Didn’t wash his hands prior to that. It seems. He then proceeded to still touch the new fries as he was putting them in the bag. Doors and glass were filthy. Will never eat there again.

Host Matthew Is Very Rude, Unprofessional, & Overall Needs To Be Fired. I’m Dining In The Store And Every Customer That Ordered, And When They Left, Matthew Was Just Cursing Up A Storm About Customers Complaining About How Matthew Isn’t Giving Proper Customer Service. He Looks Like He’s Under The Influence. I Ordered Medium Size meal He gives me large. He doesn’t understand food cost obviously. I’ve worked in fast food over 5 yrs. I never once was as rude or Unprofessional as host Matthew. He needs to be terminated immediately. He probably losing money because he not properly ringing customers out.

They were wonderful in there. I saw them re-make an order for a custom who went out side and dropped their bag. They ran outside and even helped him. They were very kind to me and my food was awesome. You guys are doing great. Thank you. 🙂

Just went through the drive thru and the staff was incredibly rude. They didn’t warn me that they “turned off the frosty machine” when I first went thru and I had to go back thru to get an explanation. They were also card only making me think that they were being lazy so they didn’t have to count down drawers. If I had ordered food 5 minutes before closing thats one thing but this was a whole hour before closing.

Went thru drive thru .Every employee was overwhelmed, They had no liquid cheese, ran out of all the soda except Diet Coke . Food was ice cold appearance of food horrible. A total waste of a lot money to b thrown in garbage. Very disappointing!!

I will preface this with saying Wendy’s is my go-to fast food restaurant. But this particular Wendy’s was terrible. I ordered a coffee at 9pm( they are open 24 hours), was told it would take 3 minutes to make some. Ok, no problem. 8 minutes later, my hubby comes in asks what the holdup is( we’ve been driving for 12 hours at this point and still have 3 to go). I explained they are making his coffee. We wait another 3 minutes- he went looking for sugar- everything at the condiment station is either wet or non existent. The trash receptacle was overflowing, didnt have lids for the soda I got. Just a poor example of what Wendy’s should be. So, back to the coffee- he finally yells to the employee we could see to ask if the coffee is done yet
She goes over to the young lady who took the order and was making the coffee, we hear her say ” it is what it is”. Then the girl brings my husband a cup. He asks if the creamer is in it, she confirms and hands him sugar packets. He dumps the sugar in, stirs, tastes and it is hot water with creamer. He just walked out, left the cup sit and we left. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Wendy’s. And they were NOT busy so there was no reason for any of these things to look or be like this. If you are open 24/7 & located off the interstate- why is there not a pot of coffee on all the time??

We went late so maybe that contributed to the food being nasty. The burgers were hard and dried. The nuggets were really good tho. My daughter got the new caramel crunch, frosty and it was absolutely delicious. Staff was pleasant.
