They consistently are slower than death, for the past 5 years I’ve periodically stopped here and without a doubt it is always a good 20-30min wait for one single item. Don’t ever go here unless you have a lot of spare time and are flexible on what you want because they’ll most likely be out of it

The order was correct which is the best thing I can say about this visit. The fries & food were luke warm when received, no coke products available and a puddle of water to walk through to get to the straws. lids etc. I usually go to Wendy’s when I don’t want to worry about if I’m going to get hot food or not. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Wendy’s. Seems the phone in the order takers hand was way more important than paying attention to the customer or even attempting to hook up new coke cylinders. Possibly not trained on how to do that other than let the water puddle grow with wet floor signs placed around it.

I swear that all the Wendy’s I go to are so slow how to you place an order drive 10 minutes and get here and they not only have your order ready they have me here over 15 minutes waiting. They need a better manager they have this guy throwing all the trash into the floor right in front of me and then walk right over it disgusting. Then a girl walks over with a broom and leaves it there. The drive through is wrapped and there is no one inside no one.

Live very close to this dump of a restaurant so trust me it’s not just one occasion. Save your self the hour wait you will have in the drive thru with 3 cars in and go anywhere else in York county. How this place isn’t forced to just shut down is beyond me.

Food portions have gotten unbearably small.. ordered a bourbon burger for nearly $7 that looked like a kids meal burger. I did not eat the burger because it looked dry and not worth the 6 something I paid. I give 2 stars because when I went inside the employees were extremely nice about it and gave me a refund.

Slow drive thru, wasn’t in a hurry. Gave my order simple hamburger (1 topping), frie and drink. Was asked to pull up behind another car waiting, as fries weren’t ready. Waited almost 10 minutes. Food came out. Went home to find burger with everything and fries just luck warm. 5 workers in the building and just heard yelling, seems nobody really wanted to be there.

My most recent visit here was very poor and left me expecting more from this well known brand. None of the food I order was made fresh. All of it has signs of sitting out, pre-made, and watered down drinks. I honestly will not go here ever again.
