Decent food, I like Wendys as a chain, but the drive-thru guy at Shipp PA is so rude. Why are you talking smack going “they’re probably just talking like blablabla” when we’re deciding what we want to order, while your mic is still hot? It wasn’t even that busy. Unprofessional behavior. Rest of the staff is decent though.

Ate here at 1136am on Dec 14. Burgers were cold. The guy working dropped his hat in the nuggets the manager guy picked up the hat and handed it back to him and they still served the nuggets. The fries were grease logged. The burger lady was on it but she made burgers and watched the others suck at filling orders. Terrible team work. Place was terrible eat here if you dare. Good luck. Also took us 20.mins to get the good inside

got served and bit into a raw fry at 4:30 Friday evening. The manager gave me no apologies and immediately went to asking for a receipt even though I came through the drive thru not even 2 minutes ago. Gave me no courtesy and immediately said even “ what do you want “. Definitely not a good experience. What happened to the customer is right huh ?

We get dinner from this location roughly once a month, and we have never had a bad experience. The food is always hot and does not taste like it’s been sitting around for a long time. The employees are always very polite. The worst thing I can say is that they are sometimes out of things (like baked potatoes which are my favorite) and at busy times of the day you have to wait awhile. I just went through today, though, and service was very quick despite there being 3 cars ahead of me and I was in and out. All in all this is a good spot for a quick meal.

I am starting to wonder to myself whether or not this place is actually in competition when it comes to incompetence with the McDonald’s down the street.

The last few times I have come in it has not gone as well as it could have. The service is mediocre, sometimes I stand at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me.

Today, I stopped in for a number 6 medium. That would be the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a medium drink.

When I got to where I was working today. I realized I was given a a small chicken sandwich and not a spicy chicken sandwich. It also had shredded lettuce on it instead of the leaf it normally has.. And, it also had a single tomato slice so thin I could physically see my fingers through it.

The food has gotten smaller, pricier, and now they’re even charging additional fees for a little tub of barbecue sauce.

That would be fine as long as the food itself was better.

I can go down the road 5 minutes to a place called Zimmerman’s and get a monster-sized sub for half the freaking price.. and, it’s truly real food.

Corpo greed is absolutely out of control. I don’t see any reason why I should be paying $11.00 for this slop went a little farm place can severely outdo them.

Most of this additional money in my opinion is going into the pockets of CEOs, CFOs, investors , and whoever else is playing golf in their office at the top of the Wendy’s headquarters. Abysmal.

Whenever I come here, the bacon is always undercooked. I have to physically take it off bc it’s not edible. I wouldn’t ever serve undercooked knowing I could get someone sick.
The sweet tea is never fresh, always old.
There’s definitely a manager (whoever wears gray) that needs an attitude adjustment, potentially demoted. I’ve never heard attitude the way I did from a manager on a headset and then when we tried to ask for extra sauces she ignored us at the window.

We ordered Baconator fries , that were both cold and stale, too late to turn around. Best guess is employees didn’t want to make new Baconator fries, so intentionally gave us normal fries to save time, usually would say it’s a time mistake, but we were literally the only person at the drive through.

My Daughter wanted to go to Wendy’s for her Birthday, so we went to Shippensburg Wendy’s last night and ordered about $50 worth of food, waited 20 minutes and went to the counter and they told us that our order was picked up by door dash, then the manager at the time proceeded to Cuss out his employees right in front of my 6 year old daughter on her birthday. My wife asked for a refund, and he complained about his register not being right, and that he wanted his money to be right on the register, he made us recite our entire order, and it took him another 10-15 minutes to give us our money back, all while dropping the F-Bomb right In front of my kids and other customers who were waiting. No apology, no respect at all. We were very polite during the whole situation, all though he had me extremely mad that he was swearing in front of daughter, On her BIRTHDAY! Regardless we lost a whole hour in there, didn’t receive our food. Terrible experience. Won’t step back in that store until they get some new management.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.
