Stopped in for a double cheeseburger with mustard only…easy right?? I was 5 miles away when I took my first and only bite of this…disgusting thing. It was like they found month old patties behind the grill and threw them on a cold bun. I was amazed…how do you serve this to someone?? So today, 1-14-26 ordered a biggie bag with a double cheese plain, large size and two jr bacon cheese plain. Order on the screen was right, food was all wrong. The double was not plain and the jrs did not have bacon and the biggie bag had a kids size fry. Does your team take their job seriously? I’m tired of receiving the Randy treatment. Randy was the store manager on Wayne Ave and he refused to put the orders in correct. Large sized combos would be charged for the upsize, but the order would be handed out with a small Coke and small fries.

Just what the stars say and honesty if I could have given 0 stars for the service and the food I would have. So my wife and I just stopped by for a little treat without the kids, and it turned out to be a mistake. First of all, when my wife ordered her “cheeseburger,” the girl who took the order wasn’t listening and punched in a regular burger on the register. So then the other teenage girl behind the counter grabbed a hamburger, put it in a bag, and then practically threw it at my wife. I almost lost my cool, but my lovely wife managed to calm me. Of course, my wife didn’t realize that she had a regular burger and not a cheeseburger until we got back to the table. She then went up to the counter to get it switched where, at which time one of the other male employees chimed in and scolded the female employee for not listening. My wife then came back to the table with the cheeseburger that’s pictured. It looked like they had just slapped a piece of cheese on the one she turned in and given it back to her, but she just ate it cause she was hungry. Wendy’s, you should probably screen your employees better before hiring. Lazy non listening teenagers don’t make good employees.

Ordered simple SINGLE. No cheese no tomato. It had cheese. We parked, husband went in came back out with fresh burger. That’s it plain burger on a bun. Forgot all toppings. DO BETTER. Pay attention! $6.69 for this little sandwich and it’s messed up. Ridiculous! Not worth $21.00

Unfortunately I went to both of there locations in chambersburg and both times I either A i got sick off something which mind you I ate one sandwich. Or B there’s hair in my food. So in short wouldn’t say to sanitary. And coming from someone who worked with food when he started working you shouldn’t have this many sanitary mistakes for to be normal. Very unsanitary.

Ordered the 50 nugget deal, they were supposed to be spicy, and I got 50 plain ones after waiting 30 minutes. The only other item was a pub burger combo and guess what was missing? If you guessed the entire sandwich you guessed correctly! This place is absolute garbage compared to the one that shut down. They don’t even answer their phone so good luck trying to get an incorrect order fixed.
Editing my review to include a picture of the only item in the combo that WAS in the bag. They scraped the greasy bacon gristle off the grill and put it on fries for me. In context I ordered an hour and a half before they closed.
