Would have once given this place 5 starts. I’m out almost 5$ buying sauces I don’t get. And then having their employees hand me SWEET CHILI sauce on multiple occasions. And you can’t get a refund easy at all. About to stop wasting my money here. Prices can’t raise if you can’t hold customer service quality. Not to mention the sauce was busted open anyway.

We left a Wendy’s a few miles away after being ignored for close to 10 mins. Came here and were instantly greeted and the service was fantastic. There was a small mix up with our orders but they fixed it immediately. Overall a very pleasant experience.

There’s not much to say. It’s a Wendy’s. The food and service were fine, and the place looked clean with staff wiping down the tables. The only downside that I could see is that the road next to the place is a one-way, so you have to be sure that you are coming from the correct direction to get in, and that leaving that same direction is okay.

Was here for a quick breakfast because I like the breakfast wedges. Wish I would have checked my food before I left. My wedges were so old there was no potatoes inside! Had a mobile order and we waited at the parking spot no one came so we went through the drive through and were told we HAD to come inside to be able to get it. So we go inside and what I assume is the manager mean mugs/says nothing to us the whole time even when we said bye have a nice day. Genuinely such an rude/odd experience

The restaurant has been redone and is very nice. However at 11:30 am the drink machine was filthy and so was the area to get ketchup and tea. The bathroom also was not clean. The floor in the dining room was also sticky.

Very slow service and they don’t have fruit selections for the kids meals in place of fries.
Updated from 3 stars to 1 because the hot honey chicken sandwich was missing the “hot honey” and the two kids meals didn’t have the drink. Terrible qc.

I placed a mobile order here, I come by to pick it up, and they say they don’t have the order. This was in fact the place I placed my order at, so that was not the issue. Turns out, they gave the order to someone who was not me 20 minutes ago. I placed an order ahead of time since I was gonna shop at the Walmart next door. No sorry was said. I came here a week ago to get something quick, and they forgot half of the order. Usually, something is always missing from my order when coming here. I still come only because I like Wendy’s and it’s the closest to me.
