One of the employees accidentally made my sandwich wrong which is understandable. My issue is with how the owner handled it. I got home and realized it was incorrect. I called in for a refund and was told I would have to return the meal. I explained I have a 1 year old and that would be difficult. I ended up going back for the refund. When I got to the drive through the owner told me I would have to come inside. I explained that I have a one year old and there is no difference between refunding it at the counter or the window. He then told me their system was down. I told him I would accept cash. He said that he would not refund me even though I returned the meal. It wasn’t until after I refused to move that he refunded me. The problem was that he only refunded me half of the cost. I explained that he had a copy of the receipt and I returned the meal. Finally he refunded the full amount. He’s a shady greedy guy with an attitude. I can only imagine how he treats employees or runs the restuarant. At the end, he had the nerve to tell me to never come back. He needs to learn accountability and take courses in customer service. Hopefully wendy’s corporate office can retrain him.

The food is good. But every time I order food from there, I usually always have 1-2 items missing. This time happened to be my Chili, before was either my drink or fries or even the main thing my burger. If you get everything, it’s great. Just won’t order there alot again.

Went to this Wendy’s and got home just to realize my fries were missing. Annoying, but whatever mistakes happen.
What didn’t need to happen was the manager’s attitude when I called. Angela was rude from the start, acting like I inconvenienced her by calling about THEIR mistake. She read my caller ID out loud in this weird, petty tone and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Like…?
Telling me to “come back tomorrow” with zero apology after hanging up is crazy work. If you’re in management, at least act like it. Basic accountability and respect isn’t that hard.

I have not had any good experiences at this Wendy’s. I have ordered from this location 6 times. It is the closest location to my home but I bypass this restaurant because they have been so terrible across the board.
I have waited in the drive-thru once for 45 minutes and another 2 times for over 30 minutes. All 6 times the order has been wrong, with 5 of those times having 3 or more missing items.
The final time I ordered there. I placed a mobile order and drove over just to find they closed the store 2 hours earlier than their posted hours on the internet.
I wont go here again!

So far we have been spending $70-80 in mediocre dine in restaurants around Harrisburg for 3 people. This Wendy’s is clean. It also has a cool modern vibe. A nice ambience. I feel like I could be in modern Canada, not Harrisburg.
Food was good for $20 for 2 of us. We tried the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich, which is huge. It was hot and tasty. This is just fast food so no photo of it. Nothing special looking, but for the price it’s a good deal and the dine in area is very nice with a vending Coke product machine.

Changing my original review as this place has gone downhill. There is an older woman working there (Deanna?) who seems to be miserable with life or something. Every time I encounter her she is really unfriendly. Twice now she has told me that they don’t have Hi-C orange. But they do. Today she also told me that they don’t have Coke right now. But they do. Right after she handed me the cups I went to their machine and the lobby and got both. Still giving three stars because the food arrived nice and hot. If you haven’t tried an orange Frosty yet, do yourself a favor and get there before they stop serving them!

Consistency was below par. From a consumer-protection standpoint, it’s best practice to provide some form of proof of purchase, even if a receipt printer is unavailable.

They consistently mess up my order.
– I ordered a tangerine lemonade and they gave me a normal lemonade.
– I order a breakfast baconator, and they gave me a chicken breakfast sandwich.
– They gave me a paper towel instead of a napkin.
I now drive 15 mins further when I want Wendy’s because this place is unreliable

This is our 2nd time at this location only because our 1st experience was ridiculous multiple things wrong with our MOBILE order and what do you know our 2nd visit wasn’t any better. First time I was here I was told when the first order was messed up we can take your name if you can’t come back and we will replace your whole order for you next time. Yeah no they made me feel like I was lying questioned me multiple times about what was wrong with my order I don’t have time to come sit in your drive threw and lie about a whole order that was less than $20 & had multiple things wrong. Ridiculous horrible management! I still had only 3 nuggets in my 4 for 4 maybe they changed it or they just can’t get it right idk. Thought this location would be better than the rest, if I could give 0 stars I would.
