Prior trips were much better, but it was an off night I guess. Order entered wrong, rolls on burgers were stale and we removed to eat. Not our usual experience but will reconsider how soon we go back for sure.

The bathroom smelled like dog poop and it looked like a puppy shredded the TP .. food was not as good as I’ve had it before … soda machine and area was filthy… all around looked gross.. never have I seen this place like this … it’s sad it’s gone downhill .. take pride in where you work !! Went to Wendy’s for lunch. Went to drive-thru. They refused to give me my change which was three cents. Stated they no longer have pennies there. Will not go there again. If they do that to everyone, they sure are going to have lots of upset people.

Every time I come here I’m left waiting for at least like 10 mins while they pay attention to the drive thru and just look at me. It should be first come first serve….not just take care of the drive thru nd not serve me. Ive walked out without food several times and then go to McDonald’s instead. They will LITERALLY look at me, a manager tell me “I’ll be right with you” and just keep on serving the drive thru as if 10 cars were already there….just no.

My wife and I decided to go to wendy’s this evening. Decided to order online for pickup. My order was sent through at 7:04 finally got my food at 7:34. I understand that they are a little short staffed and they were extremely busy in the drive- thru, but the workers seemed be fixated on drive- thru only. I fault the cooperation for this, because they get timed on how long it takes to get a drive- thru order completed hence the reason for ignoring instore and online orders. There were points at which no employees could be seen from the counter. Also, being that busy and waiting 30 minutes for my meal, instead of the 5 minutes that is relayed to you after submitting an online order, my food wad cold. Being from the food industry myself, my food should have been hot because of having to replenish with fresh burgers and fresh fries while so busy. We were very unsatisfied with our meals due to the temperature and my large fry container was only half full. Finally I understand that the main crew of fast food facilities are teenager. That’s why on a Friday and Saturday evening the teenagers should have management to direct the flow of the crew, instead of letting them alone to concentrate on driver- thruinstead of inside and online customers.

Also, I took note that my rewards points that I earned quite some time ago were still available to use unlike some other programs such as Dominoes who make them magically disappear if they do not get used quickly

Went to Wendy’s tonight and there was this really attentive girl working there. She was really helpful with her coworkers and since I had 2 trays to carry to my table along with some lemonades she offered to bring the food to the table. I said I had it but she still insisted and brought it. That was really nice of her, her name is Yessenia. Thank you Yessenia for being a gold employee. I appreciate you. The food was really good too and they made it in good time. I enjoyed my visit to this wendys.

Yesterday I was going to go get my new upgrade on my phone and I was early. So I walked over to Wendy’s and ordered some breakfast. While I was there I had the opportunity to talk with some of the staff at Wendy’s and I must say that they treated me with so much respect and I have to admit the breakfast I ordered was very delicious, Yet I was more impressed with the design of the building especially inside the building.
