I keep making the mistake of giving this place another chance. I did an online order for pick up inside. I get there what was there was all shoved in a tiny bag, I opened it anyway to check & half the order was missing. So I get that, then I drive all the way home just to find all 3 sandwiches are wrong but we attempted to eat it anyway & all the burgers were raw & cold in the middle.I just don’t get it. I sent the email with a complaint 0 response to make it right. $40 for 3 meals to go in the trash. Just awful.

I come to this Wendy’s pretty often and sadly I go there knowing it is just going to take long. Today I ordered ahead on the app. Got to the restaurant and was told the tenders are in should be another 5 minutes and to pull into a parking space. 15 minutes later I am in the store getting my food. They had it done and either forgot or was too busy to bring it out. The food was cold for my pregnant wife at home. Avoiding this Wendy’s the best I can. Not even fast food. Slow cold food.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with the new chilli sauce and they gave me an entirely different sauce all together. I also asked for a plain baked potato with butter and they forgot to add butter, salt, and pepper. So check your order before you go. The staff we’re memorable.

I had a late dinner after a meeting. I was pretty hungry. Wendy’s is always a good place for a fast, good, “fast food” meal. However, this meal wasn’t up to the usual Wendy’s standard. My chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. My fries? Well less than the normal quality. If I had been eating in their dining room I would have returned them for fresh fries. Mine were barely warm and rubbery like they were sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile.
I was disappointed, but I know the norm so I will go back again and give them a second chance.

They keep missing items when we order on the app. For take out. They need to double check orders before giving out through drive through. And I try to call and nobody answers the phone. Just saying. And yes I have worked in fast food before. I can be a patient person but also missing items more then twice I draw the line. We pay about 60$ worth of food and its through the app so its not like we are telling them through the intercom. I can see if they miss it that way.

Went for breakfast on my break was asked to come in because of window register wasn’t working so inside I came made my order had to wait over 20 minutes while being the only costumer in the restaurant instead of cook cooking my food he spent more time standing around glaring down. I finally received my order got half way back to work and order was wrong gave me to of the wrong sandwiches witch where over cooked and discussing.

This place is such hit or miss. Ordered a Dave’s Single tonight and the thing was definitely not fresh & sitting in the back. Came out cold & honestly wasn’t worth eating… Just wish they could consistently make there food fresh like they did in the past… Prefer Burger King because it’s definitely more consistent on freshness…

this wendy’s is a hot mess. they’re food is never fresh and oil seems to always need changed. my nuggets tasted like burnt oil and were very oily. fries were cold. my baconator was pink in the middle, not cooked enough at all. i will be calling corporate!

Breakfast – The wrap was stale and crunchy, it was unwrapped in the bag when they handed it to me, and the foil wrapper had several holes in it. The food just appeared very old and it tasted exactly like an old, stale burrito.
The service was slow, and the line was long otherwise I would have tried to swap it out.
