Went and got $30+ food the burger cheese was so dried out it look like plastic the tenders were dry and hard as a rock, the kid complained eating the tenders she couldn’t eat the third one, the price keeps going up but the quality is going down

The man that helped us at the counter was amazing. It was old outside and yucky driving. Yet when we got inside we right away felt happy. He was in an awesome mood and I felt was helping everyone else be happy too.
I know its just Wendy’s but he really went above and beyond. Wish I would have gotten a name. He deserves a raise.

If I were this franchise owner. I would be very embarrassed. I understand its a Friday and busy, but when I say I got exactly ZERO acknowledgement as a customer, I mean nothing. I haven’t had wendys in well over 10 years, and will never be back to this location. I didnt get a hello, hi, thank you, how are you, have a good one…NOTHING, and when I asked for a drink carrier for the 2 frostys and 2 drinks I ordered I got AN EYE ROLL like I inconvenienced these 2 workers so badly. I try to leave honest and fair reviews and I will say I am absolutely appalled at the customer service. I’ve had better customer service at far worse rated places. Id highly suggest a morral boost or something, because I wont be back to this location. Unacceptable and a horrible display of customer service. Even on my worst nights in this industry, a hello was bare minimum. And from BOTH workers? Insane.

We went through the drive through, as the girl asked if there was anything else, we said yes and she literally SIGHED. My poor older father thought he did something wrong. We only ordered three things on the menu. Customer service here is awful and disrespectful. If you don’t want to be in customer service, there are other options out there. Please be decent human beings.

Chili was phenomenal! We both had been thinking about Wendy’s Chili. It really hit the spot. It is cold outside, but the chili really warmed us up. Staff was so very friendly. Clean restaurant.

Dirty. Bathroom was disgusting 2 employees in Bathroom when I went in, both left without washing their hands..ewe. One employee was special needs so possibly give a pass but the other. I didn’t think either was the cook and my fiancé had already gotten our food. My burger was barely warm and really really pink inside. Bun was very dry and tasted old. Needless to say I did not eat it and will not be going back to this particular franchise location

Normally come to this location. First time ordering off the app. They forgot a large fry, no big deal we can share a fry. Dumped out the fries and found a band aid and a long hair at the bottom. Completely disgusted. Diner Beware!!!

The kid’s ordered online, they received their order to find they didn’t get their French fries. So upon calling the store they had explained the situation and the guy they were talking to just says sorry an hangs up! So I call back and explain they had just hung up on my kid’s, as they got a ONLINE DELIVERY ORDER they repeatedly kept saying if you want to come back through!? UM NO WE HAD IT DELIVERED FOR A REASON! So I had said again, no we did not come through the drive thru, it was Uber delivered!! Again just a sorry then I ask well can we get refunded for that or what, online orders they have no control over so they couldn’t do a refund!? What kind of business are you running? I do not recommend this place if your in a hurry or want your order right. Also employees if you do not like speaking to people then you shouldn’t be working in fast food/customer serive area.

Absolutely horrible experience. Got there at about 12:45pm on a Sunday. 7-8 people working. Stood in line to order for over 15 minutes and no one took our order. They just kept saying we will be with you soon. They were completely focused on serving drive thru only. I understand drive thru times can impact store metrics however the patrons coming into the restaurant would also like to eat. After waiting we ended up leaving without ordering any food. We looked at the drive thru and it was a completely different set of cars from when we walked in 20 minutes prior.
