I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double cheese meal. Never before have I been served a burger that was dried out like the one was that I had on the 16th of September. Ordered a Coke for a drink and the coke didn’t even taste like coke. Just thought I’d let you know I don’t plan on going back again.

Edit; updated from 5 to 2 stars. First off, what in the world happened to the interior of fast food places!? The most uncomfortable bland and boring seating. Wendy’s used to have character! Plants and booths lol this looks like a prison cafeteria. They really don’t want people to hangout here. Secondly the cashier was rude. She had a hijab type thing over her head, literally rude about charging for an extra sauce when we also got an extra sandwich in addition to biggie bag. They forgot our second fry. Had to call out to 4 workers standing there chatting for 2 min before they responded. Used to love Wendy’s. What’s a shame.
Came in five mins before closing and the staff were still super nice and welcoming. It’s always a pain when people show up in the lobby before closing, but they were all really nice and chill- especially Dee the shift lead. He was helping train a newer guy and seemed helpful. Food wasn’t the hottest but hey. It was fast. Can’t complain. What do y’all expect? Overall really pleased with how courteous and respectful he was. Thanks.

It took a long time to get waited on, that had me upset but then Michelle came to my rescue with an awesome smile on her face. I automatically was not upset anymore! Nobody else had a smile on their faces. I applaud Michelle!!!

We waited an excessive amount of time for our lunch. Had to return to the counter for items ordered, but forgotten. Staff was acting as if was a chore to wait on us. Unsure if we’ll go back to this location.

So I went there last night drive 25 minutes, they gave me the wrong food, I call to complain and they offer a comp for the correct food. My wife goes there today another 25 mins there and back and they say pull up we know your order. She drives 25 mins home, guess what??? The food wasn’t even close to being right again. So now she’s gotta drive another 25 minutes back once again. Like how hard is it to take down a order or train your employees right??? If you want your order messed up and your time wasted go to this location.
My second experience there since my awful last one, we just went again and again the got all our food wrong and omg look at the size of this dry excuse grilled chicken sandwich, my sons chicken nuggets are the same size. This place needs to be shut down! Awful service and employees and 99% of your order will be wrong CHECK YOUR ORDEE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

I’d like to start by saying this is no hate to Wendy’s food, it’s great. This specific restaurant is the worst LOL
Every time I come here they take at least 2-5 mins to speak through the drive thru speaker, if not more. Then without fail I always have to pull forward and wait 20 or so minutes for my food. They also have ran out of potatoes multiple times which is frustrating. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant…yet it’s the opposite.

I love the food here, and the staff are phenomenal. I absolutely hate the new interior though. It looks like a prison. Gone are comfy chairs, and decorations. Now it’s all wood and gray. It’s uncomfortable and boring.

Ordered a large frosty. Got a frosty in a small coffee cup instead. Said they had ran out of cups. Argued with me rather than making it right by the customer. Poor service all around.
