I visited this store on 8/23/23, I spent almost $30. I ordered 2 Nacho Cheeseburger combos. And a 10 pc spicy nugget. The burgers was barely edible, the fries had to be at least half an hour old. And the nuggets were pretty much rocks. The only thing edible was the drinks. They got that right! Also I made a complaint to corporate and I got ZERO response. I’m probably not going to revisit. I give this place 0 out of 10. In fact I only put a star because I had to!

Went through drive thru only to be greeted by a gentleman who did nothing but try and push me through before I had even had a chance to place my order. I went to order three $5 bacon cheeseburger biggie bags only to be interrupted by a ” three what?” Like I didn’t even get a chance to get my order out… I kindly said “you didn’t even let me finish my order…” And he just proceeds to say again “three what” so calmly I said ” I’ll take my business elsewhere have a good day.” Only to be left with a scoff… If this is how y’all do business I want no part of it. The whole experience was completely unnecessary. Visit Wendy’s quite frequently so I definitely give leeway to employees having a bad day but it wasn’t busy and quite frankly there’s was absolutely no call for it. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again.

My 1st time ordering since they remodeled. Out of 5 meals all but one had cold fries AND burgers! So cold that there was no way they were made fresh! My son got sick on his burger after stating it tasted funny. I gave it 2 stars because my husband and son eat there on their lunch breaks sometimes and haven’t had the problem we had with ordering for dinner.

Seems there are a lot of young people working here, which is good that they have jobs, but seems that some of them like to stand around and chat and laugh more so than pay attention to their customers. I was waiting on a strawberry lemonade to complete my order (didn’t receive it in the drive-thru), asked 1 girl and she said she would check. I waited 10 minutes without her coming back or anyone else checking on me. Then I asked a young man and he said he wasn’t sure and disappeared to the back somewhere. I waited another 10 minutes and finally, a guy who seemed like a manager came out and asked if I had been helped. I told him I was only waiting on a lemonade but had waited for a total of 24 minutes and now the rest of my food was cold. He remade my entire order, got me the lemonade I was waiting for, and apologized immensely. It’s good to see young people working, but there definitely needs to be more training on how to handle themselves around customers. I don’t need to hear how a girl is having a fight with another girl at school, and how they hate a teacher, or they’re mad at someone or anything else. Seems kind of crazy, especially when they don’t even greet you at the drive-thru window. They just open the window and keep talking amongst themselves, run your card, hand it back to you, then shut the window while they wait for your food. Then they hand it to you, and shut the window again. Very inappropriate.
