We arrived with one person in front of us. The girl who took our order was extremely miserable, it was sad really. I tried being friendly but it was no use. Then she couldn’t get my reward to work, computers fault not hers. Manager took care of it, but I didn’t get my reward points cause of it. The other girl and man filling the orders were also so so so miserable. It was awful. My order was correct however my food was only room temperature, another disappointment. I also have to add the fact that there’s no beverage station for self serve. So you must wait in line every time anyone needs a refill, another bummer! Dining area was clean and the girl kept up on the table cleaning, bonus there! Overall much room for improvement. And please bring back the self serve beverage machine.

This Wendy’s used to do good, idk what happened, went in at 10:50am right after breakfast so I’m thinking everything would be fresh… no, I guess not or they just didn’t care. bacon wasn’t done on burger’s and chicken nuggets not done very soft and mushy on inside. AND to sum it up spent $20.53 for me to eat NOTHING and still be hungry and had the nerve to wait looking at me to get exact change before giving my drinks like i didn’t already give the $20..SMH!!

Just spent the last hour driving back and forth to and from Wendy’s in Hermitage. They forgot two sandwiches with my order. I know my bad for not checking it before I left. The employee that forgot to give me my bag was genuinely apologetic and nice however the manager on duty on October 11th at 6:00pm needs a lesson in customer service. She gave me a lecture on why I should call first next time this happens. Really?? And then had to ask what my order was 15 times. I said I would wait for fresh sandwiches but this chick gave me the same two sandwiches that were sitting there now for 45 min. Wish I would’ve seen her name tag.

Went through the drive through today on my way home and the lady taking my order was so rude. She misheard me when I ordered so I corrected her obviously and when I got to the window she refused to hand me my food, she made someone else do it. She also was running her mouth, talking crap about how me knowing I could hear her talking cause the window was open. I found it very disrespectful. If you’re gonna say something rude about me at least wait till I pull away next time.

It was ok they changed there chicken nuggets and no longer have sweet and sour sauce which is very disappointing. Fries were cold and so salty but usually I don’t have an issue at this location.

ordered a mobile order with a son of a baconator meal and got a tiny kids PLAIN cheeseburger instead. When i called to tell them, they continued to let the phone ring for 45 seconds until the call hung up abruptly. not impressed

This place is absolutely disgusting. From the start the employees were very rude and impatient. I asked for shredded cheese after paying; not realizing it costed extra and an employee snapped at me saying I’d have to pay. We then tried looking for a clean table to sit at and couldn’t find any, was told to clean one ourselves with “water and napkins”. Around the ketchup dispenser there was a literal colony of gnats hovering above it and in it. Following that one of the grill/fry cooks walked into the bathroom wearing his apron and gloves, was in there for a decent amount of time before leaving the bathroom in his apron and gloves heading straight back to the grill. Mind you they weren’t busy, there wasn’t a rush and literally no customers inside. On top of all that, I got chili and got a whole hamburger patty in it.. The manager we addressed it to didn’t finish listening to my fiancé about the situation before she walked away ignoring the rest of his complaint. This place is very unprofessional and dirty. Better off eating garbage out of a ditch!

We ordered 2 baconators this morning and received burnt pattys. My fiancé was in a very happy mood for her breakfast till she saw this. I called to give them a chance to make it right, asked them if there was a new cook. They replied no nothing has changed but thank you for letting us know we’ll look into it. There was not a single sorry or how can we can make this right. Horrible won’t order there again.
