The service tonight 2/13/2026 around 9:00 PM was absolutely horrible. The girl who took the order through the drive thru was extremely rude. Every time I’d add an item to the order she got more and more irritated and rude. Note, we ordered for a family of 4, so 4 meals. She had a horrible attitude and spoke to me as if I was bothering her and as if the entire order was an issue and name of her existence. At the window was even worse. Still irritated and rude to me and behavior. The bags handed to me ripped as she was handing it out of the window, which, she ignore and shoved it into my hands anyway, causing it to rip further. We all know what happens with items in ripped bags, food was falling out everywhere in my car, the food that did stay in the bag, it was clear that they just dumped the items in upside down or barely wrapped. The drinks spilled a bit due to lids not being put on properly. And finally, the food… all of it was cold. The fries for any of the meals weren’t even fully cooked. They were mushy and as if they only heated them in the fryer for a couple seconds before serving them. The baked potato was ice cold. Didn’t even get half the sauces that were ordered. Only one straw for the few drinks that were ordered. I don’t know what happened to the nice and helpful employees that were there a few months ago, but whoever the employees are now, they’re horrible. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again at all.

Excellent service, with very hot fresh food. Really cool train on display up top near the ceiling. Dining room had some dirty tables. But unfortunately the bathrooms, well at least the ladies room was a gross mess. I wish I didn’t even have to use it! May stop again in the future but it will be drive thru only.

Traveling for the holiday and stopped at this Wendy’s. Such a cool holiday display for the kids. Dining room was clean (someone from the staff was consistently cleaning), bathrooms were clean and food was great. Trista was so kind and helpful. Thanks for a great break from a long drive with toddlers!

Wendy’s far better than McDonald’s any day. This was our first visit and must say really enjoyed the food. Chicken sandwich were freshly made, I tried breads are very good and chips nice . Fantastic in the chicken sandwich, nuggets they do have a spicy option so please choose accordingly if you want spicy or plain chicken nuggets favourite was the frosty is specially, the strawberry frosty far better than McDonald’s. Hope you also enjoyed it

Gentleman at the counter was very friendly. The person who placed our food on the counter did forget to give us our drinks and one frosty. But they got them quickly after they forgot. The dining room was clean. We went on a Saturday at 11 AM for lunch. Tried the new Wednesday frosty it was excellent. Only one small complaint the fries were cold. Other than that, our experience was fantastic.

I get it was a friday night. But they are having a major staffing issue and need more people. It should not take nearly an hour to get through a drive through line and then get food, with over 10 minutes of the time being spent for an order to be taken once at the loud speaker. Many others left the line to go elsewhere but I was stubborn and stayed since there was only 2 people ahead of me.

I would NOT recommend my dead dog to eat there. Their employees are either wearing filthy clothes or have food in their teeth. Managers have one heck of an attitude. They dont care about the customers. They are more concerned about their friends or the money.

Ordered two Dave’s singles combos. Both sandwiches were raw, took them back. Mgr said definitely raw, she would check the next ones. Agaboth raw. So ate my fries. Not a good Wendy’s
