Feel quite ill after eating here, called and got a “I don’t care they don’t pay be enough to care” manager on the phone. Nuggets and fries were cold, small chocolate frosty didn’t taste right so I didn’t finish it, but apparently I ate enough of it for my stomach to try to get it out for me. I rarely get upchuck sick, thanks a lot for ruining my evening. Try cleaning the frosty machine before you get others sick. This is the reason why I have not eaten in fast food places for years. Will continue to not eat at fast food places. Your food and your evening manager are the same – the worse.

Please don’t charge for condiments. The place was clean and the manager was out cleaning the dining room after the line went down. Kudos for that. Food was hot, fries were perfectly crispy on the outside. Gave a 3 star because of the condiments.

Mobile order, forgot to put the burger in the bag. Missing condiments. Have to drive down to get burger paid for at some point today.

Decided to do some testing, mobile order, easy directions. Apparently not so easy for the restaurant to follow no tomato add onion is apparently hard task to follow.

Drive through, guess shrinkflation is striking hard with its blow average grow and a single piece of bacon broken up in 4 pieces, slimy tomato and old lettuce. Guess it’s no longer fresh food.

Drive through experience sucked. Basically I had this girl repeatedly asking “anything before I could finish a menu item”. My order was not correct. And I felt like I was rushed through the drive through the first time around. I had to to go through the drive through a second time get the dipping sauces for my order. We didn’t even go when they were busy. My order number was #3347

After walking into the bathroom and immediately smelling mold, then to see the urinal top, (yes I know some is rust, but some is definitely mold), I wouldn’t walk into this establishment again until they were re inspected by the health department.

They keep messing my orders up. I take my food to work and eat it so I don’t unwrap my food at the drive thru. I don’t want it cold. and my work is out of town so I don’t realize it’s messed up until I’m already gone. So I ordered j new nacho burger number 11 and paid $11 something for the meal. I get to work open my food up take a bite and it’s chicken inside the nacho burger bun. I was extremely disappointed. I’ve been wanting to try this nacho burger since it came out.

Bathroom smells like swamp water, Nicole at the register 5/10/25 was rude and needs to learn to keep her thoughts in her head. Instead of saying negative things in front of customers. She need to quit if she can’t handle the fast food industry. Wife found hair on fry. Place needs new management will not be back!

Food is decent at this location. The service and the people who work there though are very unpleasant. I tell them that my wife has an allergy to lettuce and they still put lettuce on the sandwich. I ask for extra ice in my drink. I asked for barbecue sauce they don’t give barbecue sauce for the nuggets. This isn’t the first time this is like the last 10 times I’ve been at this location. They get the order wrong every time. If you’re miserable, that’s fine but like you still have a job to do just like everyone else just do your job. There’s no reason to be rude and unpleasant. Whoever owns this franchise needs to also put in the effort to find management who actually cares. There’s gotta be better candidates applying for the roles. It’s obvious that whoever is the manager there now couldn’t care less

Young kids with no clue how to do anything . Order was wrong. Then when asked for my bacon that was to be on my sandwich the kid goes to back grabs bacon with his hands & hands it to me no wrapper, no dish nothing just drops it in my hand. Paid for large drinks got mediums like no one working had a clue. The kid taking the orders was more worried about talking to his buddies. This restaurant needs some management & authority put into it.

I really enjoyed the Takis Fuego meal, so much so that I forgot to snap a picture. You could tell the food was made fresh. The employees were very courteous as well. What a refreshing experience!
