I got food delivered. It didn’t take the delivery long so I know that had nothing to do with quality. But thissss. Oh heeeellll no. Yesterday’s chicken for the Asiago sandwich and a “chili” that was literally 75% beans. Smh. I’ll never eat Wendy’s again. Yall shouldn’t either. Especially this store.

We ordered our food, the lady at the drive thru window handing us our food was not very pleasant at all. We got 4 large drinks and proceeded to hand us each drink and got a serious attitude when I asked for a cup carrier. Then side eyed us as we checked just make sure our food was all there since we got such a large order. If you don’t like your job I suggest get a new one! The food was good and fries were fresh.

My husband and our friend went through the drive thru and first off the lady at the window was absolutely high out of her mind and it took 15 minutes to order food, because she kept going silent and saying what every 2 seconds, she did not look well, the order was completely incorrect and she was raising her voice at my husband and being beyond unprofessional, she should not be at work and have interactions with people, i was charged for things i did not order and i am extremely upset and absolutely appalled at the entire interaction. -10/10

Three times in the past week I’ve waited over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. If they have a difficult order they do not have the car pull ahead and wait. They hold the entire line. As I checked my bag and informed them I was missing items, I was given some snarky attitude by one of the managers. I parked and went inside and spoke to someone who told me they were a manager although they were not dressed like a manager. He was very professional and courteous though. My advice: you should always check your bags before leaving the drive-thru at this location.

On Saturday I stopped after a Drs appointment. I ordered 2 salads and a drink. I was so disappointed. The Taco salad was a regular salad with a cop of chili and no chips. The second was a Peacan Apple salad my favorite and there were no pecans. How truly disappointed I was. The drink was good but not worth $20.

This is ridiculous… I come here all the time and this is how I get my sandwiches 95% of the time… either make the sandwich presentable or have your “cooks(grill and line workers)” get a new job!!!! This is just sad…..

Waited over 15 minutes while none of the employees acknowledged us. Watched the girl server put her hands in the fries as she was putting them in the bag. Eventually walked out without ordering food because I didn’t want to be there for an hour. Terrible attitudes and body language by every employee
