This Wendy’s has become increasingly worse in all aspects over the past few years. The drive thru takes forever, dine-in is never open, food orders are wrong about 90% of the time, and the food is more often cold and not hot. Even a simple order of the 10 piece chicken nuggets is wrong coming with less than 10 nuggets – usually 7 or 8. This is all very frustrating when ordering for multiple kids. This place either needs new management or more competent and friendly employees. The current manager does not seem to care about anything, so it’s likely that nothing will change.

Last few times I’ve ordered ahead on the app for carryout, get there and it’s still a 10-15 min. wait before getting my food. Today, I go inside and I see 4 people behind the counter/kitchen area and no one even acknowledges me. It wasn’t like there was anyone else there or a drive thru backup either. 1 of the workers was absolutely doing nothing other walking back and forth in the kitchen area. Finally, I believe it was the supervisor who was doing the cooking, acknowledges me from afar after almost 10 minutes. By then another customer with his 2 kids had come in – it didn’t seem like they ordered ahead and no one acknowledged them either. It took another at least 5 minutes to get my food after that. Mind you I had ordered 10 minutes ahead so this was almost a half hour after that by this point. I get that places are short-staffed but I never have an issue at the Murrysville Wendy’s so I’m just going to go a little farther and go there. The food was fine, so they get 2 stars instead of 1…

Never been to this Wendy’s before, will not go again. Only went threw drive thru. First clue to turn around was at 630 on Tuesday, tons of traffic on highway, not one other customer,. I should have turned around and left.
I ordered the biggie bag for 5$. Bacon cheeseburger, Nuggets, and fries. They no longer have strawberry Frosty (which is why I stopped here) so I got a coffee. Fries, half full, a lot of tiny pieces, and some crumblies, COLD, I like to eat them first, and pulled them out before I got back on the road, so still in the parking lot, definitely not even warm. The nuggets were warm, so I thought maybe it was a fluke…. Then I opened the burger…. The meat was colder then the lettuce (which was fresh) so cold the cheese was not even melted. I debated eating it, not knowing how long it was kept at less then room temp, wondering if it was safe, but, I had a long, hard day, it was a long drive home, snow and rain, I hadn’t eaten all day, and didn’t want to stop again, and figured why not. It was as cold as the lettuce, and not ” room temp” so I choked it down .. oh, the coffee….. Surprise… Cold as well. At least they kept the chicken warm.

Tried to place a DoorDash order. It got cancelled for no apparent reason. Tried calling to maybe see if they were out of something. Well I’ve called for a half hour straight now, no answer. How can a business even function like this. Take yourselves off the online ordering systems. There’s literally 0 management happening here. Just close this store. It’s a waste of retail space.
Also, to @eric Sinclair the ‘local guide’ I live less than 2 miles away and have for years. I have yet to have a good experience ever. Personally I love Wendy’s as a whole. But whomever owns this specific store must not really care about it.

This Wendy’s always seems to mess up my order. It’s better than some Wendy’s but the employees seem to change so much in turn causing the service to change.
I can honestly say I felt treated rude here a few times. I’ve been treated great here a few times. I’m in the middle with this place but when you take in count my order is always wrong for some reason, I give only two stars.

I usually enjoy Wendy’s but this visit was a complete failure. The cashier didn’t know how to use the register and incorrectly entered my payment. It was fun watching the cashier and manager trying to do math. If I wasn’t an honest person I would have let them give me too much change. Besides the ordering issue our order was completely wrong, missing items and took too long. I’ll accept some blame for not checking before I left but the store still failed.

I ordered crispy chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches to go from the drive up window. Food quality was decent and typical of other Wendy’s locations. They would have warranted another star had they wrapped the sandwiches distinctly and and identified which were which. It is clear that management and staff training needs to be improved.

Third edit: I really don’t understand all the 1 star reviews. I live nearby, visit it far too often, and never in my life have had a “cold meat” experience. Do people just hate Wendy’s?
Updating to 5 stars after I previously left a 3 star review complaining about this location’s hours. I just used the Wendy’s app for the first time & it’s a flawless experience that strengthened my love of Wendy’s & this location.

This is the closest fast food near my house. Service was quick, consider I went on Saturday lunch hour. I like Wendy’s menu. It has a good variety. Food temperature was good but French fries were over salted.
