I stopped at this Wendy’s location while I was on my way to an appointment. The only food I like from this chain is their french fries and chicken nuggets, which they sadly don’t serve in the mornings. To my surprise, they offered to prepare a fresh batch early just for my brother and I. That act of kindness made it the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had thus far — that and the piping hot fresh nuggets and fries.

Service is awful. In a slow moving line but when I finally got to the speaker, recorded message played then I waited ~10 minutes at the drive through speaker and no one took my order or even came on to ask me to wait. No cars in front or at the window. Wasted my lunch break trying to stop here.

They forgot my nuggies and I didn’t realize until I got home so I had to just eat dirt and rocks from my yard. It was like a nature salad it ended up being ok. Hmu if y’all want some shrubbery and foilage to graze upon. 10/10 highly recommend

The worst. No one at the register for over 20 minutes. Staff couldn’t care less about the line. Multiple people working and all leaving the register unattended. Standing around focusing on door dash orders from what I had overheard. You could tell they were being purposely lazy and didn’t want to do their jobs in any capacity or serve customers. They all saw the register unattended and just ignored it. Multiple people walked out. Took forever to get waited on and as long for the food. Attitudes were poor all around. I almost got the feeling staff was acting this way on purpose to drive away customers so they could work less – as if that were possible. Single worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s in the area. The staff lack any sort of respect towards the customers. I walked in a stood at the register looking at them while they all stood around not doing anything. The dude taking my order literally read it all back to me and still put it in the system wrong. The staff needs to be replaced at this location with people who actually care about the work they’re doing and aren’t just there for a paycheck. The staff are completely rude to anybody that steps foot in the door. The quality is not there. The manager leaving the store because her shift was over was the one who answered me and my complaint that my girls food wasn’t in the bag. Corporate absolutely needs to replace the people working at this location. The guy working the drive through looked higher than a kite. And I don’t throw that around lightly. I hate to be that person to write a bad review on a place I go to, but this place is beyond embarrassing. 0/10 service 0/10 employees. Terrible all around. Do not go here if you want “fast food”

Consistently the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. I work in the shopping center and I don’t like panda and Panera is too expensive so I occasionally go to Wendy’s. They haven’t had ice since October. They NEVER have ketchup. The service is the worst of all time and the tables are always covered with crap. A true dump.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get into contact with someone from this location for weeks. We visited the Wendy’s on McKnight Road a few weeks. We arrived and placed our order. We were told to wait in the parking lot for our order to come out. We waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes along with another car. Frustrated, we pulled up to the drive through window after the other car pulled back around asking where our order was. The lady at the window said her fryers had gone down when we got there and they couldn’t get it back up so therefore they could not make our food. Instead of coming to let us know, they allowed us to wait for almost an hour in the parking lot knowing our food was never coming. We asked for a refund and she said that we would have to call into the store the next morning because she could not refund our money as we had a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. We tried calling multiple times the next day and got no answer. We then proceeded to call numerous times over the last few weeks at different times of the day and received no answer. We put in an order for almost $30 worth of food that we never received. I would like my money back and for someone to reply for how this can happen. This location is out of our way and we both work so cannot go in the morning to take care of this situation. We were told only a morning manager could help us. I wouldn’t feel the need to write such a poor review if people could just be decent human beings and refund money when you don’t get a product.

most of the people here are very nice but let me tell you the dude that took my order with the glasses and ponytail had absolutely no clue what he was doing.. i told him my order very clearly and so did my boyfriend and somehow they still got our whole order wrong. besides the fries even though those were cold too. this place has gone wayyyy down hill it’s crazy to me.. whole entire floor was sticky place looked a mess and they didn’t even give us the right sauces. sucks when you get home and the food is just so shit you just decide not to even eat it. complete waste of my money sorry.

Ok being honest it took longer than I thought it should to get waited on. However I saw everyone in the back busting their ass to fill orders. No one standing around. I got burgers for take out. When I got home they were still hot and tasted just like we expected. Every where you go businesses are short staffed. Sometimes it takes a little patience.

Wendy’s I had a horrible experience at store #00002364. A flat, lukewarm burger and fries i waited 10 minutes for. A broken ice machine and fruit flies in the ketchup and cups area . Food tossed in a bag for dine-in instead of on a tray. 7-8 employees working at a snails pace. This is what I unwrapped… to top it off, I went out to my car to put a Pic on fb, and watched employees stick a shovel out of the drive thru window MULTIPLE(>20) TIMES to trick the sensors into thinking they were efficient while I saw at least 4 cars waiting in the lot for their food at any given time. This is the 3rd Pittsburgh area Wendy’s that was filthy and had poor service I’ve been to. The last 2 are gone. Closed. Razed in fact. Dear owner, your staff is bsing you on their performance. They just don’t care.
