I was going to get food after I went to the bathroom. However, their bathrooms were so nasty, I didnt even use them. The pictures speak for themselves, but I will say that its obvious the sink hasn’t been touched with soap in weeks. None of that filth accumulates in a day. Northside /shore Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s really needs a renovation with their staff. I ordered 2 $4 Biggie Bags (Cheeseburger, Small Fries. 4 Piece Chicken Nugget, and a drink) through the online app and picked up through the drive through. When I came, no one was inside or outside customer wise so I assumed it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle. I come up to the intercom and a person says that someone else will be there to help me. Then a woman rudely tells me what do I want to order. I tell her my online order and proceed to the windows where there are several women dancing and laughing inside, a few staring at me awkwardly. When they gave me my food, my drinks didnt have the lids on entirely and some spilled on my shorts. No napkins or straws in the bag. My sandwiches, for some strange reason was covered in some type of juice. Im assuming it was pickle juice since each burger had 5 pickles on it, which seems a bit assessive for a sandwich. The only good thing I will say about the food was the fries and nuggets were nice and hot and crispy.
Overall for the food I got, the service didnt match. The staff needs a rework and some serious discussions on future orders.

Terrible place to eat, order a salad with blue cheese was told there was no blue cheese. All this after waiting 10 minutes then telling me there was no cash order the i needed to use the kiosk. I used a credit card. And was told I couldn’t get a refund because I used the kiosk. Because they didn’t have what I ordered. The young lady’s are rude. And the manager on shift played dumb and ignored me

They should honestly demolish this place and replace it with some other chain establishment. The people they have working here great you with. Yaaaa, how can I help you. If you hate your job that much perhaps you should find another job.

To my surprise, the staffs there look like they did not care their customers at all. Dirty environment, empty stocking, cold food, and apathy faces. Now that they don’t enjoy their jobs, why they are still there? Work should give us not only money but also sense of pride. To find another place where you guys can feel valued, not destroying the lovely Wendy’s.

Order spicy chicken combo, received dried out plain sandwich, no combo. If you can’t fill the order then decline it. Waste of time. Uber did refund partial payment. Overall Wendys quality is really gone down hill

Everything about this place is disgusting starting with the filthy Glass doors and windows as you enter. The majority of the staff doesn’t speak English. There’s no counter service kiosk only of course there’s no sign up to tell you that so you just stand there for five minutes and then ask to be waited on and then they tell you it’s kiosk only. don’t even think about using the bathrooms unless you’re looking to go to the doctor for whatever you’re gonna get in there. I honestly have no idea how that health department lets this place operate. Only one word to describe this place and it’s NASTY! Stay as far away from here as you can get

1st if you want a separate order they tell you 1 order per car if you want a 2nd order you will have to go back around the food was cold the staff was rude my bacon fries have whole pieces of bacon on them I know it’s fast food but it’s my money stay away from this Wendy’s

This was an experience. Mobile order machines didn’t work. Didn’t have chicken tenders. Front said they can’t ring us up to use the kiosk. Kiosk doesn’t work so they told me to go through drive through. I am travelling without a car. So then she finally takes my order at the front. Turns out, she didn’t want to because her shift was almost over and wanted to count her drawer. Caused a cussing match with other customers. Whatever.

This is my 3rd time visiting this location and choosing McDonald’s instead because they can’t take any orders in the drive through and the lobby doors are locked due to a shift change. You can wait in the drive through if you wanna wait 15-20 minutes for them to do to shift change. I will not be returning. They don’t want/need the business if they can not stay open during a shift change.
