HORRIBLE! Stay away from this location. Probably the worst burgers I have ever purchased from Wendy’s. Not that the burgers are bad in general but this particular location needs to practice improved food safety protocols. I ordered 2 Dave Doubles with no sauces. The patties were so OLD and DECREPIT that they were no longer the correct weight/size as they should be. The cheese was basically disintegrated and was hard and crusty around the edges. I received the meat from the pre dinner rush (5pm) when the food was delivered at 8pm ET… ABSOLUTE TRASH!

As soon as you walk in the door the hallway is musty, stuffy, greasy, and dirty! I immediately wanted to turn around, but unfortunately was on a walk with a toddler and that wasn’t going to fly! So I proceeded against my better judgment. The chicken strips were hard? Didn’t seem fresh. Maybe the grease is old? Or like they had been reheated in the microwave? The fries also didn’t seem fresh at all. They weren’t hot! It was around 12:15pm on a Thursday. 3 cars in the drive thru and one other person in the dinning room?? Greasy floors. Dirty mats at both doors. I understand the snow is just melting, which creates a mess. But this was caked grease. The windows were greasy! I didn’t eat anything. Turned my stomach!

Lucky at the drive through window was super friendly and welcoming since I mentioned it was my first time going through a drive through (at the age of 32 lol). He asked me to rate my experience and I said 10/10 immediately. He said that made him proud! Love a worker that can hold a smile and has passion for their work. Somebody get this man a raise!!!

Disrespectful service from beginning to end. That’s why I checked my bag before I left. Sure enough. The same disrespectful person at the counter messed it up. No apology. His manager fixed it and threw it on the counter dismissively. It was one sandwich. I work in service too. Don’t go here and eat insult to injury.

The worst Wendy’s ever. Came yesterday and came thru the drive thru and they said they were doing a shift change and to come back in 15-20 minutes. Now tonight I come thru the drive thru again and the same guy says to come in to place my order. Like what is the point of having a drive thru window?? It’s always something here, I have to wait for my order, pull over or whatever. Only reason why I come here because it’s Ithe closest one but definitely will NOT BE BACK! McDonald is right next door, taking my money over there SMH

Fast food……yeah, right. After the vehicle ahead of us pulled up to the drivethru window, we were told to wait one minute – we sat waiting to order for 5 minutes and then asked if they were going to take our order. We got told “we are working on the order ahead of you – we’re short staffed – have some patience”

Yes they were busy but what makes me even more mad, people that were in line behind us when we placed our order they were getting their food first.

Whatever happened to order.

I almost never leave reviews like this but.. Tonight was the second time I have encountered Mykale at the drive thru window and I’m glad I got his name this time. What a breath of fresh air he is. So genuinely kind and has a calm warmth to him that I haven’t experienced in a drive thru in years. Good for him, I hope he is rewarded!

This location is very slow… I waited almost 10 minutes in the window to make payment and the worker were fighting to each other inside of the place…. No one else was on line… just me and after all. The orders was wrong and missing items… I won’t get back to this place
