Spent $20 on 2 bags, chili, and a Cinnabon . EVERYTHING was cold. The Cinnabon was semi frozen still thawing no icing . Burgers came with just mayo no ketchup no mustard no pickle no onion . Absolutely disgusting I will never spend another $1 here .

Kennedy has the worst fast food joint in all of Pittsburgh. It’s so bad. So so bad. Don’t come to Kennedy for fast food. Drive to Robinson or Bellevue.
One time, my mom got those bacon fry things. Burnt. Like the entire thing burnt. We still don’t know how they managed it.
Fries never salted, burgers always dry. The one thing they have over McDonald’s and Taco Bell here is they do actually do their job. Just the food is bad. They also just sometimes refuse to fix things and literally just go “want a refund?” And never to remake which honestly is funny but at the same time…. Wow.
Probably the better of the three in Kennedy, but not worth the money. It’s always the busiest for a reason, because at least they don’t make you wait forever. But the food is never good. That’s why service is rated a 3, but everything else a 1.

Easy decision for me to never come to this location again. My coworker and I stopped here to pick up our mobile orders. We were greeted by the staff member as she aggressively raised her voice and said no cash only cards. My coworker then asked if he could get a chocolate frosty which he ordered with his meal instead of the vanilla that he received. She was very short tempered “well my machine don’t work see like look it isn’t working you got vanilla” and repeated it multiple times while messing with the control on the frosty machine. With my food I am sensitive to spice so I never order spicy nuggets or spicy saucey nuggets. I got spicy nuggets in my meal. I also ordered a sweet tea. Just by looking at the tea something looked off, I took a very small sip and it tastes like some sort of cleaner, or a cup that maybe had some vladmir vodka in it. Beyond awful. Do not come here for your food just go to another fast food joint. All around a terrible experience. Absolutely embarrassing people act like that and send orders out like that and put their stamp of approval on it.

Worst Wendy’s around I went for a large vanilla frosty and it should have been like four dollars but they didn’t give me a receipt and turns out next day look at my transactions they charged me 31 dollars. So I went back to the restaurant where the manager I’m assuming was bobbing her head at me giving me attitude about how she can’t print the receipt or give me a refund and told me I HAD to dispute it with my bank. I then ask for a note from her saying she can’t do the refund so I have it in case my bank needed it and she gave me attitude saying I won’t need it and my bank shouldn’t require that. The fact that I needed it or not doesn’t matter it’s the fact I wanted it in case my bank needed proof of them not refunding me. I will never be returning to this Wendy’s and I advise no one to go here. Route 60 Wendy’s has much better service.

The one in McKees Rocks NEVER has ANYTHING I go there for. The food is horrible. I ordered a 6 piece nugget, I got 4 nuggets and 3 potato wedges. Never has the drinks that are on the board. Either they are crazy busy or they under order for the week.

If i was the owner i would be so embarrassed. SO DISGUSTING. picked up my mobile order, ordered an original chicken sandwich and this is what i got. Definitely not what I ordered, but I wouldn’t eat it even if it’s what I did ordered. This food literally looks foul. I’ve never went to wendys and had food look like this.
The unprofessionalism was insane. They had a child (that knew a worker) running through the parking lot in and out of DRIVING cars. I am so angry this is what I had when I got home and opened my order.
I got fast food so I would have time to eat something between work and an event. Instead I didn’t get to eat anything because when I tried to call to see if they could make the correct sandwich for me to pick up, no one would answer the phone, i barely had time to go back as it was and honestly didn’t even think I wanted ANYTHING from there at that point.
Not surprised no one answered the phone as I’m sure they were too busy ****ing off with the same friends that were there when i was in there.
I didn’t even eat the fries, they were cold, nasty and clearly the bottom of the barrel as rhey were all tiny pieces of fried crunch.

Worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. The one lady (who I think was actually the manager) was SO RUDE! She clearly doesn’t want to be there and she lets you know it!!!! Also, cold food, order wasn’t correct (although, i didn’t dare say anything), and way too long of a wait!

They actually called me a fat hog at this location for sticking I up for myself. I ordered a frosty on the app almost an hour and a half before close.
They already cleaned the machine, and they INSISTED I accept a lemonade in place of the frosty, instead of just refunding me for the frosty.
They said I had to cancel in app. I drove off, and they acted like I got my food. Wendys wouldn’t me le cancal the order. It took a long phone call to Wendy’s to sort it out.
But yeah, if you’re overweight, they’re judging you and just waiting to feel offended so they can let you know you’re a fat hog.

Restaurant was filled with smoke. The girl at the counter was nice but we had to ask someone to come to the counter. Although everyone was friendly, the bun was stale and the burger was clearly cooked a while ago.
