Wonderful experience, the young lady who waited on me was awesome, I forgot her name. But she was friendly and excellent manners. Our food was all fresh and hot. The girl who took our order even came out to the dining room when the line was gone and was making sure all the tables were wiped off. I know these restaurants can be a hit or miss but this day was excellent and hats off to the young lady who made my visit a great one with her positive attitude. It seems to be very rare these days.

I paid $16.82 for breakfast, and it was very disappointing. The tortilla was broken and falling apart when rolled into what was supposed to be a breakfast burrito. The food tasted old or overcooked, the potatoes were hard, and the biscuits were dry and tough. Overall, the quality was well below acceptable and definitely not worth the price. I expected much better for what I paid. I hope yall get the service you give.

Just ordered three breakfast sandwiches and potato wedges, got plain biscuits for our sandwiches. Didn’t look until I got home. Never thinking open the wrappers I just looked in the bag and saw three sandwiches and three potato’s. So mad . How do you forget the meat and cheese?

Went to drive thru to place order. Grabbed a couple spicy chickens and a medium fry. First I was told to pull up to the door. 15 mins goes by. I decide to pull in, they hand me my bag, No fries on top of that. service is terrible.

If I could do 0 stars- I would. This is the 2nd visit to the Monaca, PA location in 2 months time and could not get waited on in the store, while watching all the staff stand around doing absolutely nothing- and we are talking about roughly 15-20 employees doing absolutely nothing. We waited over 35 minutes the first visit before leaving. We only waited that long because a woman ordered 22 happy meals and some new staff came on and we thought it would get better- instead it got slower. The second visit was today, 11/9/24 and the same exact thing happened- the drive thru was waited on while the in store line was not tended to at all- while watching 15-20 people stand around, joking, arguing, possibly quitting, etc. The management is a joke and does absolutely nothing to help the situation or guide the staff into doing their jobs. Do not waste your time and energy trying to get food from this place- it’s apparently normal for the customers to be blatantly ignored, and leave them without any service until they just up and leave: the only customer who was waited on- got his burger (order was wrong- not surprised), and waited over 25 minutes for his fries which were old and cold so he was unhappy and wanted his $$ back, we left at this point bc the manager wouldn’t come out to take care of the situation. Shameful joke of a “fast food” restaurant. The line was so angry and we were the last ones in it- everyone else behind us left already. We left at 25 minutes without any single person being serviced in the line. I’m the type to only compliment staff rather than point out the bad- but at this rate they deserve to be fired and replaced with someone who can actually do something, anything useful for the customers who take the time to come in and eat in the store. Being ignored is downright disrespectful and the reason I am writing this to begin with. 1 time can be chalked up to a bad day, but 2 times- I think not. My time is valuable and I

Evelyn I believe was her name. I never in my life felt so rushed in a drive thru. She was rude. She didn’t even put in my order. I got to the window and the guy said what did you order then she started yelling what I ordered to him. Poor guy was being verbally abused. I got my bag drive away and she didnt put my potatoes in my bag I had to go back around.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in years! We have 2 at home that don’t even have their dining rooms open, and can’t process more than 1 drive-thru order at a time. Then they can’t get it right. This place got it right, was friendly and clean, and even had all of their coke freestyle flavors stocked in the machine!
