This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too, it’s amazing they won’t spend some money and hire decent help. I ordered a bacon double stack, it came cold as can be with no bacon, and the bun was so stale it fell apart aft one bite. The nuggets were ice cold too so I basically paid $9 for fries and a drink. Don’t go here

I’ve stopped here twice in the past 2 weeks, after 10:30 p.m. they close at 11:00 p.m. both times the food wasn’t even warm but I didn’t find this out until I was at my work location 8 minutes later
I will not waste my money here again. A lot of these fast food places offer terrible tasting food even after 7:00 p.m. in the evening
I’m done spending 10 to 15.00 to get something on my way to work to eat and have it be absolutely horrible after I’ve tried to revive it in a microwave
And if you think I’m being harsh I usually reach in the bag and try to nibble on a few french fries on my way to work and the fries are terrible, they feel spongy and definitely not even warm.
But because I have to get to work I cannot go back and demand fresh food, so therefore I won’t waste my money here again at this location
And in all honesty it’s not just this location all Wendy’s it seems to me, after 7:00 or 8:00 at night offer absolutely reheated, soggy food
Without any reduction in price!!

They have over 10 people in the place but you stay sitting in line for god knows how long. Doors are locked and won’t come to answer a question when THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER. Then you call and they say the best thing they can do is have you come all the way back through the line for another 15 minute wait. Don’t come here if you want your money and times worth. The employees and management are rude and snippy if you so much as complain that they messed something up. The old white haired lady actually slammed our bag of food onto the counter. Oh and their new Cinnabons are half full and they just “come like that.”

We tried to go to the Wendy’s on Route 8 in Gibsonia is the Northtowne Center today at 2 p.m. The car line wasn’t moving, so e realized they were pretty busy and maybe low on workers, not sure. So we parked and tried to go in. The doors were locked but some people sitting inside. A lady was leaving and opened the door so we went in. We waited at the counter patiently and heard 2 workers saying “why are they in here? We locked the doors.” Then another worker, thinking the manager, said “a customer must have let them in.” Everyone working in there was grumpy and moving very slowly. No one came over to greet us or ask for our order. We left. As we walked out into the parking lot, the same cars were in the same place in line. We saw multiple other customers give up and leave also. This isn’t the first time this has been like this. It’s a shame.

Like most fast food restaurants, Wendy’s has put profit over quality of the food. About 20 years ago Wendy’s was top shelf but no more. The slide downward was gradual but obvious. The only thing on the menu worth ordering is the Frosty which is the last remaining item that has stayed consistent through the years. The rest of the menu is over priced school cafeteria food. What a shame to see such an iconic brand become a shell of its former stuff. The only reason it deserved one star was because of the fountain drink station which has a good variety of drinks to choose from.

8:30pm (open till 10pm), no frostys, no Hi-C, no chili. Everything I went to order they didn’t have (or didn’t feel like making). No receipt either? Someone needs to fix this location.

We went to go to the Wendy’s on Route 8 in Gibsonia is the Northtowne Center today. I Find it funny that these employees will let their friends dine in and lock doors for other customers. When on the door it states that, dining room is open until 10. Owner needs to get their shit together and teach employees about customer service. I will be notifying corporate of this behavior it’s unexceptable behavior i will never return to this location as of many others.

Standard fast food quality, expected from Wendy’s. Location is ok. Staff were a little rude and seemed miserable. Dining room was okay. All of the trash cans were completely overflowing. And they weren’t even busy. There was only two other customers in the dining room. And at least six employees. I saw an employee walk past the overflowing trash three times and look at it and shake her head. I could hear them talking when I first arrived and they were chatting about a coworker who was in the bathroom. Where I was seated I could see the counter, kitchen and restrooms the entire time I was there. The employee didn’t exit the bathroom until I was leaving, so about twenty minutes had passed. That was a bit disheartening.

Absolutely disgusting. There was flys everywhere the guy doing fries literally pushed trash can contents down with his hands with no gloves then turned around and went back to the fryer without washing his hands no gloves and watched him touch the food with his hands!!!!! Employees were cursing….needless to say didn’t eat and got money back
