I was kind of disappointed on today’s visit. (August 20, 2025).
My daughter wanted some breakfast after I dropped her off at work. She started liking the butter chicken biscuits.
I got there a little after 8:15 a.m.
and was at the drive thru order lane. The car infront of me was taking a long time until he finally took off. When I got to the ordering area, I realized the restaurant wasn’t opened.
If it wasn’t for an employee sitting in the parking lot, letting people know they had no manager to open the restaurant. She apologized and was really nice. I would have been rating Wendy’s a 1 star.
The week before, they were really fast on getting my order and very friendly.
Apparently, 2 managers did not show up to open. Go figure.

No problems with my order. lovely cashier. Missing one star due to cleanliness of the dining area but I understand how that can happen if a store is busy or understaffed. Will Return.

Gerald the fry guy is amazing! He made sure we got our correct order. The older lady at the pickup is a different story she says you have a large order please pull to the red handrail. No problem but if two meals is a long order maybe it’s too much for her. She tell Gerald that we got our drinks already.. nope he had to go back in a get them for us. Just do your job!

Went to the Bridgeville location. The door says opens at 9a on Sunday for breakfast, inernet says 8a. 3 of us walked into an empty restaurant at 950. Seemed like no one really cared that we walked in and was irritated when we asked for the breakfast menu and they had to turn the sign. Waited half hour for 3 sandwiches. One made wrong and the response was oh, do you want me to get that. Had to ask 3x for the soda machine to get set up. Got sprayed with carbonated water. Was told, night shift pulls the spout over nite for cleaning. One would think things like that would be set up before you open. Coke syrup was low, didnt dare ask to have it changed, didnt have that much time to waste. Fyi, not croissants. Fluffy buns at best. I realize most places are understaffed these days, but today, they were not. Seemed to be more important to talk and set up for lunch starting at 1030. I know this because we heard them, while eating, yelling breakfast was over. Overall, not a great experience.

The place could use a good cleaning. The girl who took my order didn’t even if it was to go or what. When I told it was for dine in she handed me a tray. Poor service I’m sure they don’t train the employees to give poor service.

Very rude staff… I did order my food thru mobile app and went to restaurant to pick it up. But the restaurant was only open for drive thru. I got in line for dirve thru to pickup my order. I waited at drive thru for couple of mins for someone to answer, but no answer. As I knew the restaurant was understaffed and busy, and I had already ordered thru mobile, I went straight to pick up window. The lady at pickup window goes, in a very rude tone, “how can I help you?”. I told her that I am here to pick up my mobile order. She hands me my order and says “Next time, wait for me to answer.” All my intentions were to help speed up things at the restaurant, at the sametime help others to get to order their food sooner.

Location was unable to provide coffee and asked if I would like something else to drink. In stead of substituting the drink they up charged me. I said that wasn’t right since you couldn’t provide coffee. Manager said that ain’t how works and then mumbled that he didn’t like paying taxes to the government either but still had to. This is poor customer service and unacceptable.

This place is “Filthy”
The tables are literally covered with food and no one is even at them.
Dried up sticky pop all over the seats.
The junior hamburgers are Horrible…
The hamburgers were barley cooked.
Fries were over done.
The service was deplorable…
20 minutes for a couple of hamburgers a small order of fries and a couple of frosty’s.
While waiting I heard an employee complaining very heavily about never working the drive-thru again, in a very rude fashion.
Trash all over the floor
Pop all over the floor
Pop all over chairs and tables
Complete mess
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Ask in drive thru for sugar free minute maid. Clearly got conformation that they understood it had to be sugarfree and they then gave me the regular sugary version. There is no chance it wasn’t intentional.
