Ordered a biggie bag and He forgot the fries and our extra Order of nuggets. Had to go back in and get the nuggets. Unfortunately didn’t realize the fries were not there until We were already on the road. The burger was terrible as well. Seed like it was 3 days old. Not the normal Wendy’s We are used to. Gotta step it up there in Horseheads plaza.

Rude and unfriendly. Lady ignored us and eventually took our order. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. The fries were cold. Went up to see about getting new ones and was ignored and I gave up. They had no cups for ketchup. We had to make our own ‘cup’ out of foil the burger came in. I’d avoid this Wendy’s if you can. Definitely not going back.

Dirtiest bathrooms I have been in in a long time. Dining room wasn’t a lot better. Fries and ketchup packets under several tables and a full garbage can sat out in the middle of the dining room from when we entered to when we left, and we were the only 2 inside customers for at least 15 minutes.

Wendys breakfast should be better. Coffee was ok. But there sandwiches all seem to have some issues. There easy to fix too. The English muffins. No one ever said wow these are really good English muffins, because they’re not muffins at all. The biscuits suck. Wendys needs to go to Hardee’s and comp a real biscuits. Eggs were ok it’s the breads I think. I love wendys but breakfast need HELP!

Been going here for years but the people working Monday nights around 8 are over charging and pocketing the money or Wendy’s is overcharging people. I thought my order was weirdly high (18$ for 2 large frostys and fries) but I looked for a receipt in my bag and there wasn’t one. So looked up the prices on the board (and online) and with tax it was 16$.
We went here to feel better and we just felt alot worse. Never going to this location again. Like if your gonna rob people don’t rob the working class coming home late ☹️

The food was cold. The manager couldn’t tell me if they kept the fryers separate for people with Celiac, something they used to do and are supposed to do. He told me to “look it up online.” I’m sorry, sir, but you should be able to tell me what you allow your employees to do at your store so I know if my niece will get sick or not by your food. The guy at the counter didn’t seem right and couldn’t keep things straight. I wouldn’t go back. I was not impressed.
