Ok I have never had an experience like this at a Wendy’s before. Manager and the crew were amazing great Inga from everyone smiles , food out in timely manner. And the food actually tasted really good. Something different from what I get in the city(Buffalo)

I’ve never met a Wendy’s manager like Art before. He and his team are doing an outstanding job. What really stood out to me was how Art personally walked around the restaurant checking on every single customer. He calls customers by name, acknowledges them, and makes sure everyone feels valued. That level of leadership is rare.

You can tell his team is happy to have him at this location. While Wendy’s food may be consistent everywhere, it’s managers like Art who truly keep the business flowing and customers coming back. Because of him and his team, I’ll make it a point to stop by this location every time I’m in the area.

Went around 9 o’clock, not busy at all. Ordered 2 biggie bags. When I got my bag it only had half of my order. After I told them they only handed me half of what was missing. Also the fries were only half full, and cold.

Rebecca was abrasive at the counter, and didn’t want to honor my frosty keytag because I ordered at the kiosk. Keytag says one frosty per transaction per day, so I asked for it with my meal at the counter. She argued that it had to be done with the order, not at the counter, yet there is no button to do that on the kiosk. After 3 other staff had gathered around to see why she was getting loud, it was explained by another staff that it would have been ok to do this after ordering, however when I pulled the tag out again, I was told by Rebecca that it was expired at the end of 2025 — I apologized that I hadn’t seen that, and said no frosty was necessary and declined to buy a new tag, as I was kind of put off by the interaction. I mentioned politely to Rebecca that I’ve had a long 11h driving shift, and I’m tired, and the approach was abrasive, and she initially apologized, but walked away while I was still talking. Not acceptable. The guy at the counter looked apologetic when I asked him if she was always like this. I didn’t treat her like that. Kindness goes a long way in turning a person’s day around, especially when a person chooses one restaurant option over another. I had chosen to walk across the street to finish my day with Wendy’s, and clearly I should have stuck with Subway on my side of the street. The other staff were polite, but Rebecca put a damper on my night.

We get food here almost weekly because it’s about the only fast food place around where you can get a salad. And that’s great and the food is good.
The downside is it is almost always a long wait at the drive-thru even if ordering ahead of time. Half an hour has passed before.
And the order tends to get messed up a little bit at least half the time. If I order a cookie there’s about 80% chance it’ll be missing and I have to go inside to get it anyways.

Get spicy chicken. Chicken was very dry, French fries cold. Staff helples. Was planning to use coupon for soda, stuff acted like I’m stupid. Maybe someone needs to teach them how to use coupons and have good manners because I’m not first who complain about this. And please do not prepare food early and wait for customers food getting dry and cold…

We just went through the drive thru and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. No one was in the line. They had us pull ahead and said it’d be right out. We continued waiting for about 8 minutes and finally went inside. Again, no one else came in the drive thru line. There was one lady inside waiting to place her order and they apologized saying “they are so busy” meanwhile 5 workers were standing around just talking. Unacceptable

Order 4 piece tender and get 3, come back to get one more and the micromanager is like “what’s the name on the order?” I give my name and he’s like that’s not an order then takes my tenders and puts one the size of a chicken nugget in it. I went through the drive through so there’s no name on the order genius. #microenergy! No one’s trying to steal your tenders bud! Lady was chill

Food was eh. Ordered a asiago ranch bacon chicken sandwich. They put mayo on it..ok cool! The drive thru cashier was rude. If you don’t like min wage don’t work min wage jobs..overall extremely unhappy. My fault for thinking paying premium prices for garbage food.
