The chili tastes old, spoiled, and burnt. It’s inedible. They also tried to convince me that cheese curd chunks of milk the size of nickels in my coffee was “normal” when I showed it to them, then shook it up, gave it back to me with giant chunks of sour, spoiled milk still on top of it and said that’s just the way it is. I didn’t have time to sit and argue with them on my lunch break. 0/10 experience. I would not ever go back to this Wendy’s.

Personally, I was VERY Satisfied with Everything about this Wendy’s Location, Employees and the Cleanliness. I understand I showed up at the very end of the College Lunch Hour and everyone except me, seemed to be in a little hurry. The Cashier was “Very” Polite, The Shift/Floor Manager was also very professional and, My order was made Quickly, Quietly and Without ANY Mistakes. Wendy’s Original Cheeseburger, Medium Toasted Fries and one Medium Size, Delicious Old’Fashion Frosty. Even though I don’t live here in Rochester; IF I EVER DO Return and I’m craving “Wendy’s” Then, it’s HERE I’ll return to.

I usually order from this location because it’s convenient to where I live but on this day like any other day, I ordered ahead on the mobile app, hoping that my order would come out correct and it did not when I arrived, I had to go back to return to get my sauces for my chicken nuggets, thankfully, I went to get a car wash, which was next door. The staff was very young and immature and very unprofessional. This was very inconvenient and I did voice that to one of the employees but I am very unsatisfied as a customer and I will not return. My nuggets are over cooked…

I’ve never had a successful order from this location. Something is always incorrect/missing. Wrong flavor, or entirely wrong item. I’ve ordered the potatoes from Wendys for years, and only have had issues with receiving them since I moved to Rochester and order from this location. They usually end up giving me cold fries with cheese and bacon on them. I’ve tried multiple times and it’s the same thing every time. Along with frosty flavors usually being entirely wrong too. Always a fun time when it’s a flavor I can’t have and have to waste it entirely.
Maybe its a nitpick, but I would really like the items I ordered and not “yeah this is close enough.”
The coffee is fine, at least.

Selling a spicy chicken not meant for even an animal. I go back for my money and the manager does not have the authority to give me my money back. Disgraceful and disgusting. Unfortunately I noticed after going back to work.

Came around midnight. Lady at the window was very rude at the speaker, and again at the window. The sauce we received was completely crushed and ripped open, and then perfectly set on top of the fries in the bag. Safe to say the fries and sauce were not eaten.

Horrible. I ordered the food on DoorDash. When it showed up there were no napkins in the bag and the burger had most of the condiments on the outside of the bun and not inside. So it was a crazy mess to eat and nothing to clean up with.
Then I looked at my “chicken” sandwich but they forgot the chicken. How do you not add chicken on your chicken sandwich!!!!! Waste of money and time!
