There’s an older, shorter African American lady who was absolutely RUDE AF. I worked fast food for like 10 years and I have never seen anything like her. Literally so rude the entire time, kept rolling her eyes, cutting us off. Just made the entire experience so uncomfortable. I can live with the dirty bathrooms, I can live with the overpriced food, heck, I can even live with the explicit rap music blasting from the kitchen, but this WOMAN mannn… I know the world is short staffed but DANG. She wouldn’t have a job if it were up to me.

They have a full restaurant but they don’t open their doors. It is the first fast food restaurant once you cross into the states. Would have loved to spend money at their restaurant if they would have let us in. Checked the restaurant hours and it’s 9 am till 10 pm. Will notate to not go back here.

I was having multiple issues with the Wendy’s app, and walked in to show the manager what was on going with the app, the made everything on the spot for me and even honoured the app coupons I was using, awesome staff, can’t thank him enough, for going above and beyond

50% of the time this location is decent but 50% it sucks. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger, asked for ketchups and got a gelatinous wad of packets glued together by what seemed like an enormous wad of syrup. When they don’t jack up your order the food is decent but a combo at wendy’s is like $14 compared to McDonald’s or BK which is like $8-$9. Gotta wonder how much longer this wendy’s will be around with poor service and non-competitive prices…

I have to start this off with a big 10 for me to be able to come here a hour before they close on more than one occasion and can get a frosty wack Arnold’s is 24hrs and you can’t get a milkshake after 9 not so sure about other Wendy’s locations but when I’m in the falls I come to this one always great customer service if I have to wait it’s not too long and if I’m waiting I know that’s because my food is being prepared right then and there can’t argue with hot food I only came once in the day and left so they might need some tips from 2nd shift but thank you staff
