We went through the drive through, and we both have the flu and needed to eat before heading home from getting medicine. We came up to the speaker and the woman was constantly interrupting my spouse to offer cookies, or upsell, and assumed we were done ordering after the first item etc, until we stopped her and go onto her case about it. And she cut us off in the drive through, told us not to say anything else, then when we got to the window she scolded us the entire time we were there, and didn’t even let us apologize or get a word in edgewise. I’m used to rude wendys workers and you have to have realistic expectations for fast food, but if someone is constantly interrupting me, that is not on me. I am literally trying to order from your restaurant.

Purchased a Biggie Bag for carry out. I received my food immediately and was shocked, because that was the fastest I’ve ever received food at any restaurant. Got home and everything was as cold as my drink. I literally live 2-3 minutes away. They just don’t care.

This Wendy’s location is listed as closing at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) every day. Now, I don’t work for Wendy’s corporate, but common sense tells me that if the goal were for all employees to be out the door by midnight, the posted closing time would be something like 11:45 p.m. Not midnight.
On 1/24/26 at 11:42 p.m., I pulled into the drive-thru to a fully lit restaurant, complete with glowing menu boards advertising Frostys, value meals, fries, chicken sandwiches—the whole late-night dream. As a non-cooking mom late at night, I was thrilled. This was my moment.
There were zero cars in line, before or after me, so I expected this to move along quickly—especially since, understandably, everyone probably wanted to go home. I waited a minute or two and could hear movement inside, but no one acknowledged me. At 11:46 p.m., I politely asked if anyone was there. Still nothing.
As the clock crept toward midnight with no response, I pulled up to the pickup window at 11:53 p.m. Inside, what appeared to be a manager (blonde hair, short, stocky build) was doing paperwork. When she noticed me at the window, she simply got up and walked away. No “Sorry, we’re closed.” No “We closed early tonight.” No explanation at all. Just… vanished.
This isn’t the first time this location has shut down early. I had a similar experience this past summer, except that time the manager responded by yelling profanities and flipping us off when we questioned why they weren’t honoring the posted midnight closing time.
So my question is simple:
Are you open until midnight—or not?
If food service stops at 11:45, then post that. If you’re closing early, communicate that. Customers shouldn’t have to guess, sit in silence, or be ignored while staring at a fully lit menu that suggests the restaurant is open for business.
Clear communication and more customer-friendly staff would go a long way here—especially for a place that advertises late-night food

If you’re never going to open for carryout then there is no point to Order ahead. Since you still have to wait through the drive-thru and deal with rude workers
Why doesn’t this location just remove the chairs and lock up the bathroom and make it so people can walk up to the pickup window at any time besides using the drive-thru.

When this location first openend food and service was awesome. Not sure if there was a change in management but there’s a definite change in staff. Service has gone downhill over the last year. Placed an order through the app well before the time it ended. I was told I had to place it in advance which I did or they push the order back at the store which they did even though I placed it ahead of time.

The workers were super nice and funny. They made the whole environment happy and I would love to come again. And the food was scrumptious.

My Husband and I frequent Wendy’s and we’re in the area of Walden AVE and decided to grab a bite to eat. This was our first and last time at this location! Upon using the kiosk to place our order, we couldn’t find the “customization” option for no salt so we went to the counter with our concern. I told the one gentlemen who was preparing food about the “no” salt and our issue at the kiosk. I was treated very rude and with an attitude like he couldn’t be bothered and I was asking alot. We spent over $28.00 at this location just to be treated like trash. Very poor customer service, no tray when we were dining in and no napkins either. Lazy, unmotivated staff with poor customer service skills! This Wendy’s location is definitely a very sad place to dine. Never again!
