Facility was dirty, bathroom was very dirty with blood on the toilet seat. Napkins in all the dispensers were empty, and medium large drink caps were empty, and 1 got the last 2 small caps. Floors were dirty, outside the facility was not kept up, with a huge pothole at the driveway.

I am really disappointed with the service at this Wendy’s location. The staff were not only slow but also extremely rude. I waited a long time in the drive-thru just for someone to take my order, and when they did, they sounded annoyed. On top of that, it took almost 30 minutes just to get two chicken wraps—and I was the only customer there. The staff seemed completely confused about what they were doing, and I noticed them using their phones and chatting instead of working. I asked if they were still serving breakfast, and the guy actually laughed and made a sarcastic comment about me being too late. It’s totally unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

Avoid this wendys at all cost. Poor service, hard buns, and cold old fries. They act like they don’t want to work. Not all the employees, but the particular person that was at the drive thru window at 12:20 p.m. on 10/21. Wendy’s owners and management please do better.

They usually make mistakes in my order and this time wasn’t any different. They only got the sauce wrong this time but you always have to ask for napkins or you’ll never get them.
This time around the management was being particularly nasty to one of the workers, prompting this review. He got ‘bossed around’ several times. He was yanked away in the middle of taking my order to wait to hand someone else an order that wasn’t even completed yet. Very poor attitude/work ethic from the manager. Having to ask for a pin number to use the bathroom seemed a bit excessive. I see the other video in the reviews and kinda get it but what’s the point when it isn’t kept up anyway?
I rarely go here and I’d hardly recommend.

This Wendy’s was very poorly managed,tables were dirty garbage on the floor. Very slow service,condiment counter was a mess no napkins needed to be wiped down. Very unhealthy atmosphere

the food was decent but the workers were so rude. firstly, they gave us attitude when we told them our order was wrong. secondly, they gave us the wrong order THREE times. thirdly, they were cussing at eachother behind the counter. fourthly it took 40 minutes to get us our food and the people who ordered before us had less food ordered then us and still got theirs really late, they had to be standing there for atleast 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets and burger. they couldn’t even handle ten orders at a time. the place was disgusting. the floors made my NEW fresh jordan kicks dirty. they were straight out the box and they came out the store looking like i walked through a mud puddle. the workers also spat on me and told me that i was built like the burgers they took so long to make. they told me i looked like alvin and the chipmunks and they grabbed my cheeks and squished them together untill i farted. and it left a stain on my left cheek. when i went home i had explosive diarrhea and sat on the toilet for about 3 hours my buthole felt like it had been ripped open. i had diarrhea so hard i blasted off to space and it got on all the house around me and now i have to go to court for vandalism. while i was walking outside a car ran me over and i looked in the drivers seat and it was the girl who spat on me and she. grabbed my cheeks and slapped them so hard a hand print was left on them and then she got off and started griddying and took a massive dump right in my face but it lowkey tasted good. so i asked her to do it again and she slapped me and threw me into her car. there was a sock on the tables and a kid picked it up and showed his mother and i grabbed it from him and shoved it in my mouth and it tasted better then the food they servered me but never could be better than that dump she took on me.

The taste of food is not going. The coke machine is broke and not working. Everywhere are water on floor. The washroom are too dirty.

Received my food. Opened up the bags, and my nuggets and fries were thrown all over the bag. Had to immediately get back in line due to no sauce being placed in the bag for 3 different orders of nuggets. The icing on the cake is the food was cold. If customer service is important to you, avoid this location.
