Rude employees literally every single time, service takes incredibly long compared to any other fast food place I’ve ever been, and I swear, it’s like they intentionally make the food poorly. Simple Dave’s Double comes out looking like it was hosed down with mayo and then beaten up by several people.

I was waiting for my food at the drive thru window. Looking through the window I noticed how nasty the kitchen equipment looked. The Wendy’s employee at the drive thru had no bra on. We told her hamburger sandwich with no.pork or bacon. We ordered nuggets, a hamburger, chicken sandwich and fries. Fries, nuggets, chicken sandwich was cold. The lemonade drinks looked strange. I was wondering after I tasted the nuggets, lemonade and chicken sandwich will I need a vaccine or tetanus shot. I will report this location to the corporate office. It was like watching an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. This location should be closed down due to very poor sanitary conditions.

We waited at the counter for 8 minutes, workers walked by several times not one said someone will be right with you! I looked around where the fryers were, the drink station it was awful. Filthy dirty, it was disgusting , we left and I will not come back, I cannot believe that manager let it go that bad!

This is my local Wendy’s and I don’t usually post about them for fear of retaliation if it’s not as great as they would like. But today at Wendy’s I had the privilege of running into Miss LaToya…sorry if I spelled it wrong. She was the absolute nicest cashier I have ever been witness to. She asked everyone their name for the order…but that was just the con to then know your name and ask about your day or whatever while using your name!!! AMAZING AMAZING customer service!!! I can only hope you have the pleasure of having her take your order!!! And she even allowed me to put her on blast!!! Thank you again Miss LaToya

Today I went to Wendy’s and went through the drive-thru. When I got to the line I paid for my order and I was asked to pull in front of a car that was parked in front of me already. So I was confused I should go in front of them cuz it looked like in front of them was the open parking lot. And the lady at the window told me I needed to go up there because I was sitting on her timer and I can’t be sitting on her timer. I thought the point of the timer was to see how quickly they’re serving their customers. If I am made to pull up in front of a whole other car so two cars now are waiting after pulling up and there is no one behind us in line shouldn’t the timer still be going? I guess if I had seen a clear parking spot up where she asked me to go I wouldn’t have questioned anything, but I didn’t and I don’t think that telling me I was sitting on her timer is a reasonable response to my question.

I was extremely disappointed. The employees were rude and short. We did not receive all of our food and when going back through the drive thru we waited 45 minutes just to receive a coffee that should have been given to us. i understand mistakes are made, but waiting 45 minutes when there are more than enough employees inside the building CLOCKED IN, is crazy.

My whole experience here was awful. The staff was rude from the moment we started ordering. They interrupted us while we were talking, then after waiting 30 minutes, we received only half of our order, with items missing. When we tried to ask about it at the drive-thru, they shut the window in our face. When we finally got our remaining items, it was cold and to top it off, the soda was basically straight carbonation and undrinkable. Terrible service from start to finish. Won’t be coming back.

In the recent past when I have ordered from this location they often make mistakes or miss items. My most recent experience I wanted to swap my fries for a chili and was told that was not an option. When I asked when it was changed I received no response. For a long time Wendy’s was a go to for me but encountering stores like this, it makes it hard to want to spend money at this business. The prices are bad enough, but having bad customers service really drives me to not want to be a customer

Extremely disappointed. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru without the line moving, so I eventually had to leave. I wanted to give this location another chance after a long break, but unfortunately, the service hasn’t improved. I won’t be back.

This literally just got me for $6… I waited 20 minutes for a double stack and a small fry and small nuggets for a $6 biggie bag and I had to leave because I’m a business owner and I had to be somewhere by 3:00 and I wasn’t expecting to take so long and I couldn’t even get assistance with like a refund or anything so They made me make a choice lose $6 or lose $500?
