I posted 5 years ago when this Wendy’s was going way downhill. I have been coming back recently and I always go through the drive thru. Even though the app never works for me, I order at the speaker and haven’t had a problem in forever. Everytime I come, Steven takes my order, he makes sure everything is correct before he hands it to me, and he is just so sweet. He is the best part of my experience there. I came and picked up dinner for my son and I tonight and Steven was excellent again. Everything was correct, fresh, and I even got a couple of extra nuggets. He always takes care of me. I haven’t had one issue since he’s been on the drive thru. He is great with customers and I would give him a raise myself if I could. I’ve managed a lot of restaurants and he’s exactly what I would look for in an employee. You have an absolute gem there. I asked his name so I could shout him out personally because I watched him check my order to make sure it was correct before he gave it to me. He is a sweetheart. I hope management realizes that they have a star right under their noses. Thank you again for everything, Steven. You’re the only reason I keep going back to that Wendy’s.

Ok we did go through the drivethrough and I got my Sammy plain extra cheese and 1st try was plain and no cheese, ok no biggie went back in and came back with 1 slice of cheese…. So yup 3rd time was the charm and Gary was above and beyond!!! They where a lil busy so I don’t get mad that it was a lil cold by then but it was slightly busy and the staff took the time to correct it twice and make me feel like I wasn’t an intrusion or a bother!!! Great customer service goes a long way!!!!

quite possibly the dirtiest bathroom and dining area I’ve ever seen in my 46 years of life! Also, our chicken nuggets came with some kind of white sludge on them, and when we told the manager about it, she said something was wrong with their fryer, but then prepared 10 more that looked completely normal for us!??
The soda machine was out of ice and they had to give us cups over the counter of ice. Also, the soda machine had no carbonation, so all of our sodas were flat.

Was served a childs burger with a large bite already taken out. This was for my child, which he was about to eat it until I saw the bite. Absolutely horrible… why would you even package and serve a burger with a bite taken out of it already? Absolutely horrible… beyond words. Never go here.

Picked up our order through Door Dash App. Paid $18 for 2 Dave’s Doubles they were absolutely Horrible, 1 Thin slice of Tomato, literally 1 pickle, Burger was dry couldn’t find mayo or ketchup on that thing (Was actually melted on the bun) Few shreds of lettuce, when I say a Few shreds that’s what I mean. This place has gone down hill just like every other restaurant on that corner. Don’t understand how something can be so expensive but yet made so cheap. Totally Disappointing. Fries were ok.

I sat in line for almost THIRTY MINUTES!!! They got my order wrong so I had to pay extra for another 10 piece nugget (WHICH I DIDNT ORDER) and from the window to my hand the nuggets were already spilled throughout the bag. They need to kick up the speed or else it shouldn’t be called fast food!

Do not go here. I ordered a meal for me and my kids on the app and went to pick it up in the dining room. An apparent employee? Walked in and started screaming at the other employees saying extremely inappropriate things in front of my kids. I asked him numerous times to stop and he threatened me in not so many words. I laughed, which seemed to anger him even more. He then stormed off into the back of the restaurant / kitchen area. I told the employees to cancel my order immediately and left. I was never refunded in the app. I called and finally got through to someone who said they would refund me. 10 days later. Still no refund. This place is an absolute joke. Wendy’s corporate should be ashamed of this location. Absolutely ruined Wendy’s in general for me.

I just left this Wendy’s and let’s not even get started about the food. My bun was hard as a rock and my burgers were dry as leather. The dining room was absolutely disgusting every table had food or pops built on it. The pop machine was disgusting the table next to the pop machine was sticky out of lids. As I was leaving there was three people standing behind the counter and one girl standing out in the dining room on her phone none of them are doing anything. Not the Wendy’s I remember.

For a chain restaurant trying to uphold their reputation, this location of Wendy’s fails terribly. I went in for breakfast at around 8:30 a.m. which I placed a mobile order for and while I’m walking in the one employee was leaning in a car and didn’t even see me walk in. When I walked in, the floor was absolutely slippery like a coat of grease was all over it. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody realized I was there and had to explain what a mobile order was. I finally got my breakfast sandwich and was informed they had no medium coffee cups so she gave me a large which, was okay and she also informed me that they were out of creamers so she gave me one of those little hugs of milk that was expired. I get to my vehicle and was going to have my breakfast sandwich to find out that there was no bacon on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I got to the bottom of my coffee cup there was a quarter inch of coffee grounds in the bottom. No, I did not go back in and question the lack of bacon because I didn’t want to go anywhere near that place again, ever!
