Neat, clean, good service! Very nice cashiers and servers. Very well organized staff. Served quickly and efficiently. Food was all hot at once. Very nice to have the variety/wide selection soda machine. Tables cleaned quickly, garbage removed in a sanitary manner, condiment station full and clean.

I ordered a Six dollar fancy coffee and I got a regular coffee with cream in it… It’s a bummer, but I’ll drink it The worst part is the sticky thing that they put over the drinking spout. It’s awful and gross. Do better Wendy’s.

Worst service EVER!!!! Paid $24, to not receive some of my order. I ordered a hamburger, received a cheeseburger. Ordered a sour cream and chive potato, didn’t receive sour cream. Ordered 6 chicken nuggets, didn’t receive them AT ALL. Then the guy didn’t even realize he forgot to give me the frosty. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

There was nothing wrong with our visit to this location…the food was fine, it was ready in a reasonable amount of time and the seating area was clean. I was just shocked to see how much more the prices were compared to Wendy’s in Canada…I know that they’re two different countries, but for instance a small frosty at the moment is almost three times more expensive in the US, baked potatoes almost twice as expensive… That is not counting the 33% Canadian US exchange… We were just astonished at the difference in prices. Usually prices are less in the USA.

Curly hair female employee, unknown name. Very rude, doesn’t kill you to smile once in a while and on her phone while taking my order like put down the phone and take our orders then you can proceed to go back on your phone afterwards. The manager is the bald older guy, very nice. He is amazing!!

Worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced. Could barely understand him through the drive thru speaker and we were completely ignored by the staff. Said nothing when I asked is this everything. Baconator fries were horribly undercooked ( bacon and the fries). Disgusting atmosphere and very unprofessional staff. Will never return to this Wendy’s location.

They messed my order up..didnt put ice in my drinks, didnt give me fries with my 2 orders gave me a baked potato when that wasn’t a part of my order..I ordered the 4 piece chicken tender meal and the chicken BLT biggie bag..they gave me a seperate order of chicken nuggets that I also didnt order..and my chicken blt was a bacon cheeseburger… somehow thats too hard to get a small order like that right..it wasn’t a special order and I get that they were a little busy but this is why your stores are closing bc you cant do your jobs right and constantly mess up people’s orders…
