I’ve come to this Wendy’s for lunch whenever I drive home for the holidays. Today, the cashier was hiding around the corner and clearly did not want to be working. My sandwich was not well put together either. All the other times I’ve been here have been fine, though.

Extremely bad service. The guy at the 1st window that took my payment didn’t say a word to me to collect the money. Just stared at me waiting for payment. He took my credit card payment, I said thank you and he just shut the window and walked away. I looked at the receipt that was handed to me, it’s wrong. So when I got to the 2nd window, I told them it was wrong. The manager instead of fixing my order, decided to argue about what was ordered. He wanted me to pay for what they gave me, even know it was not what I ordered. I asked him to refund the entire order. One of the guys in the back was yelling and swearing while the manager was arguing with me about the order. I can’t believe that a company would allow their business to be run in such a poor manner.

The Wendy’s in Oneonta is typically clean, food is prepared well, and staff friendly. Has been a favorite of mine over many many years. The Italian parmesan burger was magnificent! I tried to test the chicken variety the next day but they had sold out of mozz patties. I hope they stick around the menu!

Wendy’s new breakfast is great, drove 30 mins one way this morning to get it, however when I got home felt shorted when I went there for the new fries ordered a large fry and 3 sandwiches, when I got home and opened the bag was very disappointed. NOT THE LARGE FRY I ORDERED.

When they have specials, I noticed that they don’t offer it on the app. I’ll get something telling me about a special a two-for-one breakfast or something but it doesn’t show up in the app. Then I don’t collect any points when I use it so I haven’t used Wendy’s in a long time until they had a new cage and chicken sandwich and the tangerine lemonade. Let’s see if they get better but they chased me to Burger King. I’m sure other people have done that too. I only go here once in awhile now it used to be a regular but even the people at the restaurant don’t know how to work the app so they’re useless when you need help with that. Always good to know that their people are not tech savvy. You think they would teach their employees how the card app works.
