I’m not sure if this is how all Wendy’s are doing it now but this is the Son of Baconator which has shrank so much. This was incredibly disappointing. The price is too high for essentially a kids burger

Grabbed a quick bite at Wendy’s today between errands. Food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly even with a steady lunch rush. The dining area was clean, though it was a bit noisy during peak time. After eating, I headed to NNY Massage for Thai Yoga Bodywork, which was exactly what I needed. The session slowed everything down and released tension from sitting and driving. Walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

What is wrong in today’s world where you spend $20 for a chicken sandwich, French fries and some chili and the french fries are cold and stale? It really is unacceptable to send cold and stale fries out the pick up window. I demanded a refund. If the person at the counter just smiled and went through refund process instead of trying to get me to understand his situation I would have given five stars for service. As I mentioned to him before he tried to get me on his side I worked fast food many years. In the situation where you screw up someone’s order and they have to drive all the way back, you need to eat the duty sandwich and smile. The customers not angry because their order was perfect the customer is angry and you are in that position dealing with the customer because your service your product for your atmosphere does not meet the standard set by corporate and it is your fault and or problem

Traveling through Evans Mills and decided to stop by Wendy’s on the run. We decided to order through the mobile app and used the drive thru to pick up the food. Wendy’s has cooked some good food for many years and is one of our favorite fast food restaurants.
We ordered a spicy asiago chicken sandwich combo meal with medium cheesy fries upgrade and the signature blueberry pomegranate lemonade and with the mobile offers available we added the free jr. bacon cheeseburger.
We enjoyed the meal.
The drive thru had no line and was easy to confirm the order and the food came to the window quickly.
The spicy chicken was hot and spicy. The sandwich was not a mess like we can expect from fast food wrapped food. We added pickles and ketchup to the sandwich to test for order accuracy and they were spot on. The cheesy fries were really good, with both the cheese sauce and the shredded cheddar cheese, though it was not salted enough. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was better than expected. We were impressed that there was bacon in every bite, the sandwich was surprisingly not smashed in the wrapper so the sandwich was not messy as we have experienced many times before. The Lemonade was well mixed and tasted great. Wendy’s staff was nice! And we were happy. We will have to try one of the new sandwiches the next time as we are excited to try the new options.

Rude from the window to the manager. Haven’t gotten an order correct on ANY of my visits (which is rare with so many options nearby with actual polite employees). Treated as an inconvenience from the drive through speaker, to the window, where they will shove food at you and shut the window on you. The managers I have spoken to seem only to be able to read from the same, toneless, apology boiler plate. For a business, its embarrassing. Take your business to any of the multitude of other options in the area. 7-11 next door, polite and great pizza and subs. Walmart across the street, Mcdonalds right down the road, Arby’s, L&L Hawaiin BBQ just to name a few of the many many options available, where you won’t be treated like your doing something wrong for bringing someone money.

Every time I go here I always receive the wrong order, the employees are rude, straight disgusting. My bread was stale and older, my wife asked for a drink carrier and the employee at the counter gave her a dirty look and mumbled under her breathe. I ordered a baconator bc I can’t have lettuce due to health problems, and got this burger instead

Worst Wendy’s ever. Ordered 20 nuggets , got 10. The medium fries were smaller than McDonals small fry. 50 dollars to not receive our whole order and nobody answers the phone. Management sucks. I hope y’all are one of the 300 that is being closed.

Workers were too busy trying to flirt with the female employee to pay attention. Food was gross. Chili tasted like chemicals. $14 for four tiny tenders and cold fries is unacceptable.
