I’ve been going here least once or twice for almost the past year an the last 4 or 5 times. My order isn’t right. An when I got back threw the drive thru I get attitude like I messed the order up. This last time they took the chicken sandwich they messed up on an gave me a other one that you could clearly see it bad evehthkng on an an they just tried to whip it off. Won’t eat here again. Waste of money

Wendy’s used to easily have the best fast food burgers. This Wendy’s… 4 out 5 simple orders have been really botched in the last 5 months, which is especially vexing as it’s expensive for fast food. It’s as if they work hard to get it wrong. Too bad, once a go-to, reliable business so poorly managed.

This is the second time I’ve order a Dave’s burger, and both times it was the smaller patty for the Biggie Bag and wayyyyy over cooked. The patty was dry and hard to eat. And for the price of the food here it’s definitely not worth it!

I visited yesterday for a late lunch. The woman who was at the counter was polite, even giving another crew member a reminder on politeness, she was great.
However, the store was dirty – the counter, the soda machine, the tables. All the worst I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s.
Our sandwiches were room temperature, the fries were hot but underdone.
The store also had several non-customers inside and outside, which didnt help the overall appearance of the store.
I wouldn’t recommend this store.

You know, it’s a Wendy’s! And you expect a certain amount when you go there. You don’t expect to have your order completely screwed up! Unfortunately I was in a hurry and I needed to get my grandkids to their father. This was the first time I’ve ever been to a Wendy’s where they had gotten every bit of the order incorrect! That was exceptionally disappointed with this location. I will never go back there again.

This is the last time my family will come here. We visited this restaurant yesterday. We ordered one chilli one order of fries and a junior frosty. All these items should already be prepared,so why the wait for a long time? The cashier apologized to every customer we seen come in, for their wait. Very slow!!! Plus there are always a fly in the restaurant every time we have come.

Extremely slow service and inaccurate order filling. Consider going elsewhere unless you enjoy spending a lot of money and having to engage with the indifferent employees to get what you order.
Update September 2022:
For some reason I decided to try it again, ordered an Asiago Grilled sandwich. Got home with it and opened it – no sauce, no bacon, and a white hockey puck that was supposed to be a grilled chicken. This is a roughly 15 dollar meal, unacceptable. Drove back and they gave me my money back, so at least I only lost a couple gallons of fuel this time.
Best part was the other customer waiting at the counter – he had to ask for ketchup since the dining room was out, and he stated that they screwed up his order the last few times as well. We both agreed that Burger King down the road is much better, and that’s a scary.

Cold fries cold burgers dirty restaurant front door entrance was dirty and smells like urine or diapers. Would not recommend. Every Wendy’s i goto is like this no matter where i go I won’t be returning again.

Just took home some chilli and it was not edible. Something was definitely spoiled. Might have been the shredded cheese or sour cream.

Lobby cash register was closed. I was given drive through only option, with an option to then eat in the lobby. The family opted to take it home given the Hassel. Ordered 2 biggie bags, a salad and a burger meal. One of the biggie bags was a chicken sandwich. That had us waiting 25 minutes for. I asked if they had something like a dollar neve cheap chicken sandwich. Which I was told no. That the cheapest chicken sandwich would run about 5 bucks. I brought up the 2 dollar chicken sandwich on the biggie bag menus and they told me they didn’t have anything like that. After waiting almost a half hour, I got the food. Which was cold and really un-enjoyable. If I should have forced a refund. But to save confrontation I just took the food and left. Never to return. So as I left. Fuming about a 25 minute wait on a biggie bag chicken sandwich. I pulled into McDonald’s. Seriously. Ordered paid and received a 2 dollar chicken sandwich within 3 minutes. It was hot and better than the entirety of the wendys meals. I’m going to go over and leave them a 5 star review. Save your disappointment. Go to another establishment.
