I ordered from Wendy’s using the app, and the experience was seamless! By the time I arrived at the restaurant, my food was hot and ready for pickup—no waiting at all. My burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with plenty of toppings, just the way I like it. Everything was well-prepared, and you could tell they put care into making it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to grab a quick and satisfying meal. Definitely one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while!

Order ahead on mobile, or not. You will wait 15+ minutes behind 1 car as they do 1 person at a time. And have nothing made at lunch. Been here pulled ahead of the windows for a mobile order I made and paid for 30 min ago. Save your time and money.

This review is 100% about the blonde woman I’ve encountered in the window 3 times over the past year. I’ve heard she is a manager, no wonder they can’t keep employees more than a week. Review lowered after realizing that not only was I mistreated, have to beg for the second half of my meal, but they also got my sandwich wrong. They got every other part of the order right down to the soda, so that tells me that they didn’t make it right because they didn’t want, not because they were confused. How is this place still open?

The good), quiet place to eat we wore the only people in the dining room. It was clean food was hot the bad ) you know how all fast food is slapped together as little meat as possible condiments dripping out the back of the sandwich in all not the worst place to eat as far as fast food, oh and the dinning room was freezing

The absolute worst experience I’ve had ever at Wendy’s. Ordered French toast sticks and a baconator and ended up throwing them both away. They managed to burn the French toast sticks but the “baconator” (if you can call it that) was luke warm even in the center of the sandwich. Only 2 pieces of bacon comes on a baconator now? Fell apart in my hands, cheese not even melted and just tasted funny. I didn’t want to take a chance getting sick so we threw everything out. Waste of time and money.

When I yelled out, “excuse me”, the one staff replied back very rudely “what?!”, like I was bothering them even though there were no other customers there. The second staff person was outside the building chain smoking cigarettes and talking very loudly on her phone for quite a long time. The whole experience just felt very off. Avoid this place!

Wendys has gone down hill the last couple years….this one in particular took forever to get our food ..pretty sure i didnt see anyone wearing gloves at all…fries were cold food was edible but wasn’t good…..I used to go to wendys over any fast food place but now I just go if there literally is no other option at the time

Went thru drive thru told them I had a “coupon” and they told me I had to go to the window with it. We to the window and Chad told me I was supposed to let him know at the speaker I had a digital coupon …… did i miss something ?? When you try to do what they ask your wrong and if I would have told him what it was he would have told me to wait till I got up to the window…. I guess they haven’t figured out how to incorporate the app with drive thru yet …nuggets with sauce we’re not fresh like they promote, the fries were grease logged and the burgers were made to request( no pickle no lettuce )
