i would give this place negative stars if i could. what an awful place, i had high hopes but have gone twice now and very disappointed.. they messed up my order multiple times the first time i went, and had to argue to get to correct order. second time they close at 1am and by 11pm they shut down their drink & frosty machine? wont be stopping here to be let down a third time thats for sure.

Ordering was quick & easy.
But after we drove away we realized that the beverage we received is not what we had ordered. Simple order of (2)fries and (1) frosty… the beverage we received taste strongly of mint. Yuck! We should have received exactly what we ordered & paid for. And it definitely shouldn’t have been mint. Kiddo was disappointed, so was I when I threw away a $5.19 drink because noone wanted to drink that.
I hope this new establishment does better than the disgusting McDonald’s in CS.

My women picked me up food and when she got home they didnt o any thing right. The burger fixing was on the side of the burger wrapped up with things I didn’t even want on it. I heard her order the food I know she asked for what I wanted.

Give them a brake, new restaurant, new staff (mostly kids). They need a chance to smooth out the kinks. Wendy’s is a great new option for our area. The mistakes noted are a pain, but should be easily rectified given a little more time and training. I’m sure Management is on it. They can’t afford to let this continue.

This location is new and modern. It has 3 kiosks for easy ordering and plenty of seating. My order came out in a reasonable amount of time too. My burger was freshly made and very hot. But the fries and nuggets could have been a little warmer/fresher. No huge complaints about this location.
