If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered 4 Junior bacon burgers, a chicken sandwich and fries. The order was repeated. We got a soggy fried chicken sandwich and 4 regular cheeseburgers DROWNED in mustard ! A large orde of fries were so soggy they couldn’t be revived in an air fryer. This location is just HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE!!!

Smelled funky like someone mopped with dirty mop water. Upon arrival at the cash register, the cashier was about to take our order and that was when the manager told the cashier not to take any more orders while I was the only person in line. There was one guy before us and he was served to go. But there really was nobody at all in the place, not even sitting down eating… and they couldn’t take our order.

Spent upwards of 5 minutes on the phone, just ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing. Had to call 3 total times because the call kept failing due to nobody answering. Finally get someone on the phone to address the missing items from my order and guess what… the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t help me at all. I have to call back when there is a manager on site. Who can even tell me when that is?? (nobody) What a ridiculous, asinine system for me to get what I paid for. I’m not getting paid to QC my order, or the time to rectify it.

The cashier was distracted and took the order wrong. The food was corrected, but then some of it was now cold. The condiments area was not stocked. There was an active water leak right behind the counter.
