Ever time I go here my order is either old or in correct. I’ve also going several times and they will be closed well before the stated time. I’ve work at Wendy’s before and I know the food they just gave me isn’t even close to their freshness standards. My pictures include son of bacon, nuggets, and cheese sauce. I couldn’t eat any of it.

Wish I didn’t pay cash bc I would’ve gone back for a refund. Everything was cold, I asked for extra onions on my burger and got None. Oh, and the burger bun was so stale it was hard as a rock. Chicken nuggets were cold, but so crispy, you can tell the holding time under heat lamps had expired hours ago. I can almost guarantee this place would fail health inspection and food danger zones not in compliance.

You must start using people in the drive thru who can speak and understand English. Had to repeat my order 3 times, and they still got it completely wrong. Ended up going in and having them remake the meal to what I asked for. And that took an effort. Luckily the way the kitchen is built I was able to watch him and tell him how to make it, the way I ordered it!

The food was [mostly] good but the people working here are very rude. We went through the drive through and ordered a chocolate frosty with strawberry sauce and they gave us vanilla, when we tried to get the correct one they very rudely told us that they had no chocolate and said “you want the frosty or not?” with a very rude attitude. They kept us waiting for 10+ minutes at the speaker while a line started behind us, so they could have told us at the speaker when we ordered so we could have had the opportunity to say that whether or not we wanted it with vanilla.

The staff may infact be ghetto, and engage customers with a “what do you want” attitude, and be less professional than what you would expect from a fast-food establishment, h owever the food is great. Abit pricy but they have cheaper options too which is always a plus. Overall I would recommend the food for it’s quality, as Wendys does provide a great product, however the workers can be trained better to service customers.

I just recently went here this evening. Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger that is supposed to have light mayo light lettuce with no tomato. Plus ketchup and onion added and I did not even get that, just a basic junior bacon cheeseburger. If I had an severe allergic reaction to tomatoes, that could have killed me. I have the receipt and I have pictures of the incorrect food as well I will be posting it later on

Store was clean. My order was correct. This Wendy’s is in a great location just of 88. There is a Mobile gas station and Discount Liquor at this stop.

Stay far away from this Wendy’s. The menu prices don’t correspond to the prices charged. When I brought this to the attention of the store associate she indicated that “corporate ” changed the prices but did not update the menu board. This is absolutely false advertising. The store associate was very nice about it and apologized and refunded me the cost of an item which fullyed covered the difference but basically indicated it was out of her hands and that many are complaining. My pictures show a copy of my receipt and the menu so you can see the issue. The associate gave the numbers of her general manager and Wendy’s corporate. The phone number for the general manager went right to a message stating that it was not accepting messages.

Stay away. The employee didn’t like to do his job. I ordered online to be efficient and it makes you wait in the counter long enough that customers behind me start to complain. They sealed my bag and I grab it and observe that it’s very light. I opened it up and missing 2 burgers and the barbecue sauce. The guy knew it was missing from his facial expressions but he give it incomplete anyway. I just did the order 20 minutes away.
