Went there lastnight around 9:40pm 02/19/26
Blonde girl was so rude! Dropped my husband money on the ground and didnt say sorry. She had such an attitude. We were pulled up because we had a big order $70 worth of food which we waited 15 mins for it and it was COLD and the frys were not only cold but OLD frys!!!! So why did we wait 15 mins for it ??? I thought it would have been fresh!!!! Literally wasted $70 because we ended up throwing all the food out!

Placed an online order to pick up inside. When we arrived the parking lot and sidewalks had not been thoroughly cleared from the snow we received overnight. We walked in followed by a gentleman with 2 sandwiches in his hands, so we let him go ahead of us. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged he explained that he had received the wrong food at the drive thru, they has been expecting him and his food was ready and waiting for him.
After he had been taken care of we told the clerk that we were there for an online order and waited several minutes longer for our food. Another customer came in while we were waiting and left because they weren’t helped. When we were given our food we we’re told that the man who followed us in had actually gotten our food by mistake, but no apology. We decided to eat our food there, which was a good thing because my sandwich was wrong. I took it to the counter where I waited again to be acknowledged. They remade my sandwich again, correctly this time, but no apology and despite being fresh the sandwich was not hot.
I should add that the restaurant was empty, except for a table of 3 people, at least one of whom appeared to work there and was possibly a manager (see photo). I know there is a labor shortage, etc… but that is not an acceptable excuse for such terrible service.
Sadly we won’t be back anytime soon.

Food is really good however the unfortunate part is and it seems like my reviews have been deleted possibly so I’m here having to put it again that when you go to the drive-thru there’s nobody else behind you in line they still tell you to pull forward so that they don’t have the run numbers running and they are very very difficult to understand many do not speak English at all in this location this is a serious issue and a district manager or equivalent should look into this matter.

During my visit today I experienced bad customer service as well as bad food. I actually took two bites out of my snack wrap and my boyfriend took two bites out of his sandwich and we both got sick and experienced symptoms such as vomiting and terrible stomach pain. I will be filing a report tomorrow! I had to give this place a one star to be able to post it but overall it definitely deserves a zero!!!!

Disabled person using the drive thru was told that they HAVE to come inside to order as they are not serving any on at the drive thru because they don’t have enough employees, I pull up to the windows only to see at least 4 employees (that I can see) standing around doing absolutely nothing. I also have a vid. Last pic is Elizabeth, the person in charge that made the decision to not serve a disabled person in the drive thru.

Poor customer service, unsanitary and unprofessional. I have pics of staff posing as managers handling food and money drawer without gloves. Wendy’s at Altamont Ave, Rotterdam, NY location indicates it’s open at 7am and my order was never taken. Arrived approximately at 7:10-15am, went into speak to staff present, and one claiming to be mgr unprofessional (no gloves and rude). Taking this complaint to the online complaint reps for Wendy’s.
