I had an unexpectedly excellent experience at this Wendy’s thanks to Thomas at the drive thru. He was sharp, friendly, and clearly knew the menu well. He answered questions easily and made suggestions that felt natural, not scripted. I went in for a simple order and left with a cookie I had not planned on buying, which says everything about how well he reads people.
What impressed me most was how effortless the interaction felt. Professional without being stiff, upbeat without being over the top. The kind of service that makes you realize how much skill actually goes into doing the job well.
I spend a lot of time around people in the food industry, and this level of service is not common. Thomas is someone any operation would be lucky to have. I hope he knows he did a great job.

Not exactly sure what changed recently but going into this Wendy’s, I normally have a problem on how slow it is. How enthusiastically surprised was I to find out that the visit was so quick it was almost shocking. I put the order in the app cuz I saw the place was busy being lunch time while getting my car detailed. Place was clean organized and my food was exactly what I ordered and hot I also had a last-minute change on the flavor Frosty and they literally had the order in their hand! Thank you for a pleasant visit!!

Have been visiting this Wendy’s since the early 2000s and have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and the line moves fast. Food is always fresh and very infrequently is anything forgotten from an order. Good size parking lot and inside is kept pretty clean too. Will keep returning. Thank you!

Every time I come here there’s an issue. Order the tenders and instead of being told at the drive thru speaker there’s a wait for them, they tell me after I get to the window and pay. Waited 10 minutes and they weren’t worth the wait. Another time they put mayo on my sandwich when I said no mayo and it was on the receipt. And then, last time they gave my food away to someone else while I was waiting out front, I had them refund me. I only come here because it’s quick and close to where I live. However, I’m gonna start going to the one in Miller Place, it’s much better run and food quality is much better.

What I witnessed today was honestly pretty disappointing. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful at times and it’s easy to be in a bad mood. However, Jason, the cashier, is consistently kind and welcoming whenever I come in. Even a month ago, when he was clearly stressed and not receiving much help, he still managed to treat every customer with respect and positivity.
Today, though, I noticed what seemed to be his supervisor. When Jason greeted him with a cheerful “What’s up, how are you Brian?” the supervisor just shook his head and ignored him. Shortly after, a woman with limited English yelled at Jason simply because he didn’t understand her. As a person of color myself, I know firsthand that when someone struggles to understand you, the response shouldn’t be anger or hostility.

Woman that’s there in the mornings is incredibly rude for no reason with one word responses and exasperated sighs while handling your order. The orders often come out wrong, and poor quality control in general. By far the worst wendies around.

I Find it really bad that at around 7 -7:30 Pm the staff and management only focuses on the drive up customers and ignore any one who walks in to order and dine in the store. This is a ongoing problem at this Wendy’s. Corporate operations really needs to train the staff and team members on how to manage this situation and how to focus on both types of customers.

Great food. The drive-through workers are so nice and respectful. Me and my mom go to this Wendy’s every Saturday, around 11am-1pm. I always get the cheese fries, a Dave’s Double, and a large Frosty, and not once has the order been messed up or wrong. It’s never packed over there too!
