Great physical spot. Roomy eating area but many problems. They are stingey with sauces and forget on many occasions to provide sauces when selected in order. The food here is rarely hot and they put way too much ice in drinks. Medium drinks are actually smalls here

Food is good. Can never say no to their nuggets lol. Sometimes the service is meh with being correct at times (not all the time tho) but overall staff are really friendly and nice. Always seem willing to help 🙂

If I could give 0 stars for food I would. The chicken was the consistency of rubber, couldn’t even shred it with my finger. This is not the first time for this location. Buyer beware!!!!

I come here a number of times. Every time my order takes forever. Today is the last time i will go here. I ordered number 6, spicy chicken, large drinks, and large frosty. First, the lady gave me coke, I wanted a dr. Pepper. Then 5 minutes went by as I was standing waiting for the spicy chicken. Nothing. No one talked to me. I am standing right there. So I stood there as 10 more people came in and got their food. Even one person got a spicy chicken. LOL. Wow, where is mine? Oh yes, the last person got it. LOL. The nice girl behind the counter said a few more minutes. I said no, i just want my money back. Really, this is not good business, Wendy’s.
Update: It has been 4 years, so I started to order here in August. Every time at the drive-through, they forget something. Today, December 7, 2022. They they forgot the honey mustard for my chicken nuggets, napkins, and spoons for my large frosty. When I got home, you saw my frosty how they filled my cup. This is not the first time. It’s my fault I did not check before I went. But why should I check? I assume as prices increased, we get less product to? Why can we get what we paid for? Wendy’s staff, these questions should be answered. See you in 4 years again.

Here’s a brief version:
This location has been a consistent disappointment. Orders are often incomplete or incorrect, and special requests are frequently ignored. The fries can be overly salted, making them inedible. While they do correct mistakes when brought to their attention, it’s frustrating to have to deal with errors in the first place.
